I had the best experience ever at this storage unit. They accommodated me on short notice. The manager went out of her way attempting to find me additional paid assistance moving my items into into their temporary resting point. When she was unable to find help she took it upon herself to assist me moving each and every item out of my truck into the unit. This was not an easy task! ... (26 foot truck) required quite a bit of manual labor. The manager refused to let me pay her insisting she wanted to help. (That doesn't mean you shouldn't tip her!) It's not often you find people who just want to lend you a hand. They obviously hire great people. I never write reviews. This is my first. I could say many more things about the hospitality I experienced today but I'll leave it at that. Prices are great and guest service is top of the line. I will recommend them to everyone. I had to pay for an extra storage unit, the original one I purchased had a lock on it and no one was available to help me, once I purchased the second unit, I was never refunded my $111.19, all this happened in Novembe, it's now in the middle of December and i'm just receiving a partial refund. I purchased another unit, I canceled once I found out it was an another location closer to me, I never received my $221.19 back for that unit. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. The bank reimbursed me, and had to deal with Public Storage regarding the issue. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!! read more

After renting at this location for two plus years I was bothered by the trash that was left in front of my unit with pop bottles of urine there as well. My unit was in a hallway so I believe someone was sleeping there as well as someone had moved out. Then telling that to the lady in the office who was rude and didn't care. I knew it was time to go because of her response. read more

This is the cleanest storage place I've ever been to! I was greeted by Demond & Julia. Both of which, are INCREDIBLY personable, friendly, happy, and offered wonderful customer service. I have never been to a storage unit place ever so I was confused. However, Demond went through everything very thoroughly, with a smile on his face!! i have been treated something awful not enough help no person to talk to the system is messed up no one to help pay 30.00 for paying on line when there is no one to help you i pray my things are safe now rent is going up again i will never use them again i payed so much money out just trying to pay my bill i am a senior and 230.00 a month is a lot then they add a late charge because you can not access the company payment system shame shame read more
