The worst place to store your items. I reserved a climate controlled unit and the HVAC hardly ever worked. I complained numerous times and the managment said "we are awear of the problem, but it only lasts a few days and goes out again." This has been going on for over 6 months. Also, the rear gate was inoperable too many times. Also, the restroom has been out of order seems like forever. My light in front of my unit has been broken for months, i had to complain about that as well. They just do not do any maintenance on the place. The rent increases every 4 to 6 months and probably 20% increase. The manager/employee said she has to manage about 15 Public Storage complexes througout the area. Totally ridiculous! I'm so glad I vacated my unit. Saving alot of money by renting at their competition. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ! read more

It was a little frustrating that going in person to rent a space doesn't give you the same price as online and that to get online prices you have to do the application online. For a storage place they are just average. My biggest complaint is they've raised our rent TWICE in the last year. I'm sure what they are counting on is when you have TWO spaces totaling 250 sq ft of stuff, it'll be easier to pay them than to move out. read more

Went to the storage unit in Summerfield Florida great experience easy to purchase it online and pay my bill each month . Very easy to find the storage place that's right on the main road . We got there it was very clean very tight security which is great . The manager met me also gave me some boxes told me how to use the lock and everything . When you call and set up online they automatically charge you for a lock. My shed was not ready when I arrived a day after I ordered it, they had to come down and take their lock off. I stopped by the office to get a refund for my lock and to fix the access code. The manager was so helpful and was aware of phone issues. She was a 5 star employee which brought my review up to 4 stars, the phone expirence would have left my review at a 3.x read more

Having stored my late parents things here since 2014 this facility is really uncooperative and lacking of any empathy or compassion. All they are concerned about is getting money money money. You can move in the middle of the month but you can't move out in the middle of a month. I would never use the facility or Public Storage again based on my experience with this outfit. Contacted numerous times told having medical issues they don't care!!! Pay the rent or pay the late fee. Outlandish fees to dispose of a mattress. Constant phone calls being a pest won't leave you alone. read more

I rented a unit for my daughter in Ocala, I live in Orlando. We put in a notice to vacate unit 4/30/22. She was moved out by the 14th. I never received anything stating it was closed out. I emailed support on three separate occasions and received no response. When you email support it states someone will contact you in 48 hours. I didn't hear from this company at all. I received a late notice for payment and contacted storage manager. We didn't remove the lock so they could not vacate. Lock was removed and I was given a "we care" number to call. The representative was rude and refused to work with me and insisted I owe an entire month for may even though the lock was removed on the 9th. They did not offer to prorate the unit or anything. This company will not work with you. They only want the money. Granted I know it's my fault the lock was left on and I'm willing to pay a portion of what's owed but I will not pay for an entire month. The lock was removed on the 9th. I would definitely recommend another facility. This company clearly does not care about the customer. read more

Clean, secure, convenient at a reasonable price. Mohammed is a fantastic property manager and did a great job getting us set up.

I rented a climate controlled unit at this location. After a few month my unit and the building were infested with roaches and another small bug. The manager came out to see and took videos of the live bugs. They put out some sawdust looking stuff, but that did not help. I had to buy 6 bug bombs and put in unit. Before I felt safe to bring my stuff home. read more
