I currently have a unit at this facility. On January 16, 2017, pipes burst on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the storage facility and I received an email about the incident. Fine. On January 17th, I called the office and I was told by the employees that due to safety concerns, no tenants were allowed to enter the storage facility. Also fine. I had to call every single day for over a week to gain information about access. Finally on January 25, 2017, I was informed that I was allowed to view my unit. The time frame is not the issue. Its the lack of communication from Public Storage. I called the facility several times and the phone just rang and rang. I left a message for the district manager and did not receive a call back. Thankfully there was no damage, but the UNKNOWN from a customer standpoint was really nerve wrecking and concerning. Any contact was initiated by me, the customer, outside of the initial email notifying tenants regarding the pipe bursting. Any employee I interacted with was very polite, but uninformed about what was happening. Frustrating to say the least. read more

I have many problems with this facility. The only good thing about this place is the size of the unit for the price. The entrance door is broken to the building and they do not have intensions on fixing it (been there for 4 months). Since the door is broken dirt and bugs come in. Plus it makes the building colder. My unit was so dirty when I first moved in! I had to wash the walls and door down with soap and water! The water immediately turned black!!! They made us pay so much upfront. There is no dumpster you can use. Its locked and there are signs everywhere saying you will be fined if caught using it. This I think is crazy because we have our stuff stored here so we need the dumpster for unwanted boxes or ripped bags or things that broken during the move. The cell phone service inside the building is terrible! The parking lot only fits 3 cars and Is not suitable for my big pick up truck. You have to memorize your random gate code (my old unit was your phone number so it was easier to remember). There is literally 5 (if not more) complaints I have with this place but I wont waste anymore of your time. Thank you for reading my review everyone! Have a great day! I had the same experience as the previous reviewer ... but worse. the first problem was that the advertised 10'-0" deep space was 9'- 6". then there was the unadvertised insurance one is made to sign for. then, after the original offer expired the rent was raised 40% or so. the facility is run with transparent cynicism, the lease one signs has all sorts of fine print allowing for management misconduct- all of which they'll avail themselves of. if there's any alternative even close avoid this place. read more
