They claimed my credit card was expired...it was not. Then they charged me $20 late fees on each unit and claimed they could not reverse the late fees. Now they are claiming that there will be another $200 late fee on top of that one. They are crooks and I reported them to BBB already. Do not ever use them!!

When I initially called to get a quote, I was given one number by one person. I agreed to that rate and received my confirmation after giving my down payment. The day before my move, I still hadn't heard from them regarding what time the movers would arrive. When I called to inquire, I was told that my original quote was wrong and that I would have to pay around $200 more. I was irritated, but was already set to move the next day, so I agreed to the new quote from this new person. The movers arrived 2 hours before the scheduled time (not their fault, once again the fault of the company), and they were LOVELY. Such nice men, friendly, and did an excellent job. After they had finished, I received a call from yet again a different person asking to settle my payment. This time, it was FIVE HUNDRED more than my initial quote. I was baffled. I explained to this new person my situation, what the previous two people had told me, and why I certainly wasn't going to agree to pay that much more. She understood, talked to someone else, and lowered the price back down closer to my 2nd quote (still higher than the original). I would never recommend this company. The movers themselves were so wonderful, but sadly dealing with everything that company put me through was not worth it.

Everything after has been a complete nightmare. It took 4 months for us to find and settle on a new place, so our stuff was stored in one of their climate controlled warehouses, or so Bob told my wife. While unloading at the new place, we had noticed that things looked off. Boxes collapsed, mold on wood furniture, mold on matresses which WERE NOT wrapped in plastic. One of the movers (who actually worked for another moving company and was filling in for a crew member who called out sick...Mold maybe?) halted the unloading halfway thru saying he didn't feel right bringing that stuff in our new home. He stated that in the 30 years he's worked in the biz, it's the worst load he's ever seen! And as previously stated, dealing with Bob in the aftermath of this has been nothing short of heartbreaking. Unreturned phone calls, unfulfilled promises, and not being forthcoming on the information on who is doing the mold remediation not to mention what happened to his "climate controlled" warehouse. We've had 2 loads of furniture return only to send nearly all of it back. Mold still present, color of stained furniture bleached, some others just smelled badly of mold still. Upon talking with mold specialists, they said a reputable remediation company would send things back with a cert letter. No letter with Bob. Since the last load we sent back over 2 weeks ago, we have not heard a single peep from Bob. So much for "working through this together". A shame because they were recommended by more than a few folks on a local FB community page. I'd avoid using these guys at all costs. Storing in a farmer friend's barn will yield better results!!!

My bed headboard is ruined, and six out of six wooden pieces were damaged, badly... It was a painful nightmare. So much for counting on consistency Then after waiting weeks for the boss to come look at the damage, he promised to have someone come to repair the damage to the wooden furniture....after dozens of phone calls. With no response, not one...I called again, and I was told that they had gotten all of my messages, and someone will be out soon.,,,that was mid July! Today the furniture was finally repaired...use another mover!
