But what it is, is some down home, authentic Mexican food. Their red tomatillo salsa could use some work, but their habanero is fire! Literally. Fajitas are great, flavor profile is wonderful, saucy, not dry like SOME places. Carnitas are authentic and great flavor as well. Chili Colorado is great, could be spicier but then I'm a sucker for some spice (also this is where that red tomatillo salsa comes in). These are the only things I get at Mexican so deal with it. Their sides, beans and rice are great too. Portions are normally enough (after stuffing myself with chips and beer) for a couple of meals. Speaking of, they also have a pretty great Mexican beer selection with a laid back atmosphere. The servers are very friendly and service is fast.
