Their bakery was always the best. Their cookies and scones are totally over cooked and last cake was dry. I called the customer service line and they had the store call me back . I'd already talked to store customer service when taking back scones we Cldnt eat. The store manager called and told me the scone cooking time was 1 minute over but the sugar cookies were done the right way and that other stores must have been doing it wrong. Service at this Publix is great everywhere except the deli. This is by far the worst Publix deli I've been too. They are extremely slow, rude, and couldn't care less about the customer. It's a shame because overall I like this Publix. But I will never return to this deli. Go down the street to Jersey Mikes where they care about you and have great subs. read more

This Publix use to be good but now it is terrible. Deli is horrible and you wait in line forever. The slicers have in the deli don't cut straight and haven't for years. The bakery never stays stocked,produce is not good,meat department never has sale items nor does seafood. The ad has things on sale the store doesn't even carry. The restrooms are filthy all the time. They just remodeled and did nothing to the bathrooms. The store has a massive employee turnover. Something is going on at the Publix in Loganville. I have been shopping there FOR YEARS. Just withing the last two weeks there are many problems. Sale items are not tagged, or where the tag is , is the WRONG item. Also meat is not making up the items taht are on sale. I went in twice last week and the guy said oh yeah I was supposed to make some of thosu up days ago. The handicap toilet has not been in service for a month a or so. Their response was we are going to remodel, SO this toilet will be out of commission until they finish remodeling???????? WTH. There have been NO paper towels in the dispenser for the last three weeks. The help you used to get in the isles is NON-EXISTENT. They look at you like you are stupid. On 12/04/25 this location sold 5 Amazon gift cards to my family during the holiday season. 3 of the $100 gift cards were gifted to 3 female family members. We would go on to find out that all their cards had been tampered with, and used by someone named "Justin" based off the Amazon rep we spoke to on 1/3/2026. We immediately went into this store on 1/4/2026 to file a complaint. They were going to escalate it to corporate. We didnt hear anything, so we returned on 1/16/2026 to see if there was any updates. We were told corporate's Black Hawk dept declined a refunded because there was currently no money on the cards. Well I didnt think it'd take a genius to know that the scammer "Justin" sole point in tempering with the cards was to get the claim code so he could steal the funds once the cards were activated!!!!. The managers on duty, M.D and Maria were utterly useless, considering i was forwarded an internal email from corporate stating they couldve remedy this on a store level. 3 out of 5 cards? Sold in one transaction? All tampered with and stolen? With original cards and original receipts in hand? And management dont want to make this right? Theres something going on at this location. I see why the scammer felt so comfortable with this store. Im going to share this story everywhere!!!!!! This is NOT the economy, nor has it ever been, to be giving any scammer $300 via Publix!!!!!! Was out and about doing grocery shopping in Publix and thought I would stop by the delo....the chicken sandwich "looked" amazing and because I was hungry (about to be hangry), I purchased that and the shrimp. I asked the associate if the chicken sandwich was good and replied that it's becoming a big seller (it's new). So she sold me! I couldn't wait to get in the car to take a bite..... Mannnnnn.....when I tell you that bottom bun was hard as a rock! So disappointed....chicken was almost dried out but the flavor seems to be ok. So the chicken was a bust....let's try the shrimp....welp....shoulda known....it was tough....so apparently they didn't check the timer or warmer on how long to keep.... Anywho....hated to do this. But this was my money and I didn't eat.... Don't really write reviews but I went in to pick up my birthday cake with my girlfriend and shopped around for some other things, my girlfriend had a moment and took the sticker and receipt off the cake before we left the store and lost it. Thankfully a older check out lady named Linda paid for it because we had to pay again for the cake again without the receipt and didn't have anymore money for it. Linda even refused to take a 20 I had to pay her back for her kind gesture, an amazing and caring women who shows what the American spirit and kindness used to be. The manager Rochelle (not sure how to spell her name) but she is always making sure things runs smoothly and always asks how we are doing. This publix has been my primary pharmacy and a good place for groceries needed on the spot. I would have given it a 5 star on this basis. However, the subs at this location are always wrong. I ordered a birthday cake in advance online , I arrived to pick up my cake on Saturday morning, and the cake order was incorrect. I ordered yellow frosting, the cake prepared was white. I notified the bakery staff, and they stated they would correct the problem. I had no idea she would take the cake and spray paint it yellow. Also, there was hole in the side of my cake. I assume the staff damaged the cake while spraying it. Not one person mentioned anything to me. The bakery staff seemed completely unbothered and unconcerned. Ughhhh!!! I'm very disappointed with my experience. A lady in the bakery stated "they were just to busy". Well, you ruined my birthday cake... who does this? To busy to prepare my order correctly. There are some bad apples working at this Publix. They are bringing down the brand. There are two separate experiences that have affected me. The first one was the bakery hassling my now fiancé about writing letters on a already made cake. The cake said Will You Marry Me!! I have gone to other Publix store and have asked for words on the cake and it has never been a problem. The bakery worker was so rude and ugly about the situation which should have never happened. The Bakery manager Monique definitely needs to hire better workers in her department that understand and truly embodies the Publix brand. The following week I come into the store with my mother to get a deli sandwich so that she can go back and sit with my sister who is in the hospital in ICU. We go over to the Deli and there is no one there. We also notice that all the toppings are empty such as lettuce, onions, pickles, cucumbers etc. Kristian finally came over and started to prepare my mother's sandwich and my mother asked for oregano and he said that we was out of it. He tried to give her old little pieces of lettuce instead of taking the time to go get some fresh lettuce. I asked him was there a way to get some oregano since we are in a grocery store. He proceeds to get an attitude with both of us. We give him the benefit of the doubt and say maybe he is tired and try to let it go. He wraps up my mom sandwich and he throws my mother's sandwich on the counter. I was outraged. I couldn't believe someone would behave like this towards a paying customer. The store manager and the district manager needs to understand how threatening he was towards us and something needs to be done about this behavior. I would suggest you patron another Publix until they can get better staff that knows how to treat their paying customers. read more

This is just my "quick run" stop since it's the closest place. I only shop here for 10% of my groceries because they are just too expensive. Usually I get my fruits/veggies here and deli meats if they are on the list. Place is nice and people always friendly so if you care more about customer experience this is the place for you. read more

First off let me say that I like shopping at Publix, just not this particular one so much anymore, but more on that later. Although most people say this store is more expensive than bigger grocery retailers such as Kroger or Walmart, if you buy stuff that is BOGO (either one for half off or two for the price of one) and use digital coupons or the paper ones at the front of the store, you can get things for much cheaper than you can anywhere else. The sales alone are reason enough to shop here, but along with the good prices the staff and atmosphere here are usually pretty nice as well even though this location has more rude employees than a typical Publix. The reason I gave this location such a low rating is that I have spent hundreds of dollars here over the past couple of years and I recently had an incident where the employees were incredibly rude to me. I return stuff here, but according to the Publix satisfaction guarantee sign behind every Publix customer service counter you are allowed to return anything if you are not happy with it for a refund. Well, according to this location I return things too often and was angrily demonized and told that I cannot return items to this location again. I understand that an open return policy can hurt profits, however you have one and being rude to customers and ganging up on them when their purchases far outweigh their returns is not the way you should treat them, especially not loyal ones. Maybe the customer service team was having a bad day when I went in, maybe they hate their jobs, or maybe the only satisfaction they derive from them is telling off customers who hurt their bottom line, but regardless I am hesitant to support this store in the future. If you're a good little customer who buys things with high profits margins at full price I'm sure you're welcome here, but if you use the store's policies and sales to your advantage in order to get the best possible deals you're likely not very wanted here. read more

Publix is the best! Everyone here is so nice. I've been going to this store for about 15 years. They've seen my babies grow up and all of the employees that have been here for awhile know me. They have the best produce and meats around and it is my favorite place to buy catering for parties. From the deli to the bakery to the pharmacy, I always enjoy shopping here. read more

The produce manager Adam is very rude and has asked his employees to stay in the back if my family comes to shop because we complained about how rude he is and how wonderful his employees are. The manger has not done anything to help with this matter, yet other customers have complained about the rudeness of Adam. If we say hi, he ignores us and if we need help he walks away. Yes, they are more expensive on non-food and canned and boxed items, unless you time the sales, especially the 2 for 1's. Yes, I do not do 100% of my shopping here, but probably 85%.
