SHOPPING IS NOT A PLEASEURE HERE! Really bad experience this morning at the deli getting lunch meats. When I was handed my order I noticed that the price per pound was wrong. When I mentioned it to the clerk (Ed) he was extremely rude and told me that the price in the deli case was wrong and that I shouldn't have him change it to the correct price because it was only a couple of dollars difference, and I should just deal with it. He then started yelling at me because I insisted they correct the price on my deli meat. It took two other deli employees to calm him down. I spoke with the assistant store manager upon checkout, who I felt she brushed me off like this is a regular occurrence and this is how their employees are allowed to act towards shoppers. I cannot recommend shopping the deli at this location not only because Ed was so rude but also because they are extremely slow in their service. What is going on with the meat department in the store, this is the third or fourth time we bought meat and it was terrible first it was steaks chewy tendons awful now it's ribs. Is this old meat ,Is it staying in there too long, it never used to be like this, but here's the thing, guess what ,it's twice the price ,Very disgusted with this place. read more

The parking lot is usually full i think it also has to do with it being next to a bank,cvs, and craft crab. Either way on a weekend its a further walk but it is usually clean. Cart attendants and always really friendly and helpful. Its nice and open when you walk in. Customer service to the left bakery to the right. Flower and card selection is small compared to other publix but its decent enough. Floors are always clean and its never too crowded even though the parking lot is full. Isles are pretty stocked and organized and employees usually can find what you are looking for if you cant so don't hesitate to ask!! Overall this is an OG publix of boynton. Could use some updates and better produce. read more

My friend in Boynton Beach is always bringing stuff to our place when he visits, so I decided to stop at Publix and get some things the he likes and make a little gift basket with nice groceries. Much of the Publix generic brand items are much cheaper than the national name brands with similar quality, so it's a win win. This store was clean and very well laid out. Publix just needs to clean house in all of their Deli's in every single store in South Florida. For every 1 good staff member they have, there's 10 that are hardly functioning. It's fascinating. The deli managers and store managers should be ashamed with themselves for allowing the things to go on that do. Read the reviews on any Publix in south Florida 9/10 of the complaints are about the DELI. Anecdotally, I have not one time had my deli order (subs/wraps/meals etc) correct from this location. They either make the wrong size, a wrap instead of a sub, put the wrong things on it or just don't even make it. Publix is a joke of a company in 2025. read more

Went shopping on Mother's Day, I wanted to make something nice for my mom. I went to this publix because I was in the area. I have never had any problems looking for groceries, I was able to get all the ingredients for the recipe I wanted to make. My sister bought the Chantilly cake, it was good, light and fruity. I didn't like how much whipped cream was used but that's how it is. The cake reminded me of what fruit punch tastes like. There's water on top of the cake after a day because the fruits start to sweat. Over all great experience every time. Darius, who was our cashier, he was very nice and engaging. He is a great employee, he made us feel very welcomed as if we have known him for years. read more

What is going on with the management at this Publix deli? The orders are never ready on time and the employees could care less and have no sense of urgency. I have been to so many Publix stores and this one stands out from any, in terms of bad service. My shopping was definitely not a pleasure here. I actually like to drive a bit further sometimes to this Publix because the staff is much friendlier and efficient. They are not standing around chatting with each other when customers need assistance. To cut the and hassle of standing in the sandwich line, I order online on their app, pay and just pickup at Deli. They have a refrigerated case they place the completed subs. I got there on time and it was waiting for me with my name on it. I didn't even have to go to the register since I paid online. Every Publix I have ever been to has been great. Note: each one is a tad different and caters to the diverse group of people living in that area. For example, some have more organic and gluten items while others might have a lot of Spanish items or etc. Now, I do have some Publix's that I prefer over others due to ease of parking, different items available, and of course store lay out! I also love how they have craft beers, their own coupons inserts and there's a great site called iheartpublix.com that matches up bogota and coupons to help you shop! I typically wouldn't review a large corporation such as a chain grocery store but I felt so inclined to review! Five stars and there's so much more for this store. They have completely remodeled this location and it is impeccable. I always look forward to shopping here because it makes it such a breeze. The selection is wonderful and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. I attached a photo but the shelves are like something I've never seen! Everything is stocked and arranged to perfection. The store is huge too! You can't go wrong with their deli subs... got a foot long veggie sub with everything on it besides mushrooms for $5.79. Definitely a great bang for your buck! Pharmacy opened 2 hours late, no good customer service from them. I say thank you, no you're welcome, no manners. At least hire people with a little humanity. Publix has a corner on the supermarket business here in south Florida. I'm used to several choices, coming from the northeast, but I won't complain because I can find just about everything I need in the Publix--any one of them. I really appreciate the cleanliness of their stores, the well-stocked shelves and I've never seen restrooms like theirs anywhere. They are always extremely clean and kept in perfect condition. Such a friendly competent store. I was quickly and warmly greeted by a deli clerk. The deli wrap platter and sides were ready as scheduled. In the produce department Louis quickly gave me a freshly made fruit salad that he said with a smile that he created special for me. If you are willing the pay the premium Publix is always a good choice. I only come to Publix occasionally because I find their prices to be very expensive. That being said the store is always clean and well laid out and the staff is always friendly. I like how you can order deli items online so you don't have to wait in line at the store. I prefer this location to the one on Woolbright as this one is larger, usually has more parking and is not as crowded as the other one. read more

I've ordered online subs many times at this location. This particular day an error occurred. My pick up order time was for a chicken tender sub @ 12:40pm. When I arrived @ 12:52, there was a long line at the deli and nothing in the online order station. Waited and asked about the order. A woman said she'd made the sandwich and that someone must've taken it. Said she was very busy with other orders and did not seem to want to resolve the issue.
