My store is normally Lawrenceville/Duluth at Taylor Road & it is getting better. Or I can go to Satellite Blvd, which is pretty good. Oh, Riverside Parkway fixed up nice too... When we brought it in on the arranged date and time, there was no record of our order at all. The party was 3 days away. I am so glad that we didn't choose something detailed or custom! On the day of the party we picked up the cake, and the icing colors were wrong. Got a tiny discount. No time to fix it. I wanted to order bread during the holidays and I called the bakery. I asked for the bread which I have been ordering over 20 years now from Publix and was told "we don't do that." I called another Publix down the road and ordered it there instead. They knew exactly what I wanted. Decided to give them another chance recently and wanted to order hot food from the deli. Called several times and was put on hold for 5 minutes or more and then hung up on each time by employees who were very rude. I purposefully did not call during mealtimes, and I didn't even mind the wait, but it was clear from the way they spoke to me they did not want my business. Every employee (from management to floor staffs) are kind, helpful, and patient. You can ask any one for directions and they'll personally guide you and assist you with your purchase. They are committed to providing the best customer service possible. This location specifically is clean, tidy, well organized and quite literally, DUST FREE. Normally you'd go to a supermarket and around the corners or the backsides of shelves, you'd notice some specs of dust but for this publix, it does not exist. Overall, this has and always will be my go-to Publix store no matter what. From their delicious "pub-subs" to their very cheap seasonal sales, this Publix is one step above the rest!

The store is a recent store where the old store is next door to it. The store is clean and welcoming. From the produce to the wines to the meats and the bakery, this store surpass most of the ones I have been in. I had to buy the tortilla chips. They are the best fresh chips I have eaten. If I did not have dinner waiting on me at home, I would have bought me a hot plate or made a fresh deli salad. The customer service was great too! I met a woman who was recently transferred from the Dacula store who works in the Florist Department. She was kind and helpful. Check out my photos. This store you have to come support. Turns out, they included the seasoning as part of the weight and charged full meat price for it--without disclosing this upfront. When I questioned it, I was told that's just how they do it. I ended up paying $85 for what should've been a $60 order. Charging meat prices for seasoning without warning is misleading and unfair. Won't be back.
