The employee took down all of our information and we had a prop for the top that we agreed to bring in the following week closer to party. When we brought it in on the arranged date and time, there was no record of our order at all. The party was 3 days away. I am so glad that we didn't choose something detailed or custom! On the day of the party we picked up the cake, and the icing colors were wrong. Got a tiny discount. No time to fix it. I wanted to order bread during the holidays and I called the bakery. I asked for the bread which I have been ordering over 20 years now from Publix and was told "we don't do that." I called another Publix down the road and ordered it there instead. They knew exactly what I wanted. Decided to give them another chance recently and wanted to order hot food from the deli. Called several times and was put on hold for 5 minutes or more and then hung up on each time by employees who were very rude. I purposefully did not call during mealtimes, and I didn't even mind the wait, but it was clear from the way they spoke to me they did not want my business. I seriously don't know what is going on at this store. We use the Mulberry location now. Much better!

Every employee (from management to floor staffs) are kind, helpful, and patient. You can ask any one for directions and they'll personally guide you and assist you with your purchase. They are committed to providing the best customer service possible. This location specifically is clean, tidy, well organized and quite literally, DUST FREE. Normally you'd go to a supermarket and around the corners or the backsides of shelves, you'd notice some specs of dust but for this publix, it does not exist. Overall, this has and always will be my go-to Publix store no matter what. From their delicious "pub-subs" to their very cheap seasonal sales, this Publix is one step above the rest!

Apparently this store moves products around- found my favorite Italian section was moved from 1 side to the other... I almost got sad if they didn't have it. I do love the freezer section & the frozen treats... yes please! I eyeball them- don't need to eat it, but for an actual treat- so much fun items. Gotta tell ya, the bagging at the register is STRESSFUL!! Not much room & of you have others behind you- oh man. No time to organize & pack right. They need counters like Aldi. Otherwise another great haul & I got 4 full meals & snacks for a family of 4 for under $140.00. All day long... thank you Lidl!!!

Went in, he was SOOOOOO NICE. Explained the sizes & costs, asked what we like & what he can do. I told him to do what he wants with the preferences. He was actually so happy!!! I think the charge will be $55 so I'm anxious to see what we get... extra ginger too. I will share pics when available. SEE $60 SUSHI PLATTER- ABSOLUTELY above & beyond. Now…read moreI hear the uproar of the stores being closed like in Cumming, GA and Dacula, GA and other locations. So I had to go checkout the closest one near me in Auburn, GA. The store is a recent store where the old store is next door to it. The store is clean and welcoming. From the produce to the wines to the meats and the bakery, this store surpass most of the ones I have been in. I had to buy the tortilla chips. They are the best fresh chips I have eaten. If I did not have dinner waiting on me at home, I would have bought me a hot plate or made a fresh deli salad. The customer service was great too! I met a woman who was recently transferred from the Dacula store who works in the Florist Department. She was kind and helpful. Check out my photos. This store you have to come support. It is definitely American Owned!
