I've just recently moved to Winder where I'm having to adjust from my Kroger and I found I can get most everything I want here. This place is clean, the staff is friendly and plentiful and the isles are well marked define things although learning a new grocery store always takes time. There is a Starbucks here as well for those who like Starbucks and they have an advantage program and gasoline so I'm hoping to see if I can get the same deals on gasAs I did with Kroger. I have now visited this Dacula store three times and have yet to see anyone working the floor. I just needed to know where a few things were located, but could not find anyone to ask. I waited in line to ask the teenager working the front register where I might find an ear bulb, the gizmo that is used to flush out your ears. Not a common product, but one working at a drugstore should know it. She had no idea what I was talking about. Said they had no one on the floor, and left the counter to walk to the photo area to ask another teen. Meanwhile the counter was six deep. The three times a hve been in there, this has always been the case. Come on Walgreens. Add some staff, and train them just a little.

They changed my prescription brand without telling me, or my doctor, and now until this is gone (which I can't take because of the difference in fillers) I have to pay almost $100 a month for 3 months, for a prescription that is FREE, because Walgreens told me that the insurance won't cover their screw-up if they order me the original one I take. In the meantime, I have no medication for a serious liver autoimmune issue. It's not the first time in the 8 months we have lived in this area that this particular Walgreens has screwed up, but it will be the last, and is proving harmful. The absolute worst pharmacy!!

Rude, lack of empathy or any compliance to adhere to pharmacological standards. I always order in advance so I do not run out of this life-saving medication for my pet. The pharmacist is rude, can not answer questions and must consult the "OWNER" for any and all basic rudimentary questions. It's insane. Horrible experience. Will never use them again.

No explanation, no I'm sorry, etc. Totally ignored! Well, Pharmacist shows up later and asks what the problem is. I tell her this Rx is always $4.25 (Medicare). She tells me this IS the generic price $118 !! I asked her to check my records 90 days earlier to see the correct price. She doesn't want to hear it ‍ Just tells me it is $118. I tell her I am not going to sit in the drive thru and debate this; just refund my money. Well that was another can of worms ..... duh, we're good at taking money, but don't know how to give it back My refund came through and they lost three customers in my household alone !!
