I've had this $100 gift card since Christmas thought I'd use it today. I picked a good day , 3 Wick candles $15.95! New scents arrived this week just in time for Easter . I was greeted as I walked in by one of the managers while assisting another customer. Sales Associate approached me asking if I was aware of the sale and the new scents. I was excited to try the new scents which consisted of Lemon Citrus Twist. I love the citrusy Caribbean scents. As I finalized the candles of choice , the line was getting longer but it was moving quickly. Ended up buying 5 candles will come back tomorrow to purchase candle holders. read more

I placed an order for pick up and after 3 days of not gaining a message saying my order was ready for pick up i went to the store and asked for my order ... the ladys were extremely rude and said they did not have the product and they have to cancel it and i have to buy another .. I went to do some Christmas shopping and stopped at the bath & body works store near where I was getting coffee I noticed a huge line and asked why and was told it was for some candle sale. I wanted to do shopping for regular items I care nothing for the candles and wanted to get something for my father for Christmas but I was told that I could not go in the store and shop for regular items I had to wait in a line that was at least 30 plus people or more long while other shopped in order to get inside to just shop for regular items. this store has permanently lost a customer I'm sure it's no big deal to them but it's ridiculous it's not like they were giving items away for free and to be told you cannot enter a store to shop is totally unacceptable. read more

Very rude customer service I have never been treated so poorly at a Bath & Body Works before since I've been a customer.

... Today I stopped in to take advantage of the semi-annual sale. After taking time to search for desired items, I went to the register for check out. I was approximately $10 shy of being able to use a promotional coupon so the young Lady suspended the transaction while I continued to shop. When I returned, another customer had helped themselves to my bag. Each and every associate apologized for the situation and all that were available pitched in to assist me with finding my previously selected items once again. Ok, as a Guy all I can say about B&BW is that my Fiancee really, really, really likes the place....a LOT....as in I should honestly take some stock options out in the company, but would still end up in the hole financially even if I did! Haha. Truthfully, this store is well laid out, very clean, and filled with helpful and friendly staff. It is also overflowing with seriously sweet or floraly smelling lotions, sprays, and other body applique stuff that I really like on the little lady!!!!! Their candles are pretty awesome smelling as well; they have a LOT of olfactory comatose inducing candles that smell better than the real things they are mimicking; they burn very well too! Overall, in a Guy's opinion, B&BW is a cool store to pick up some get-out-of-the-dog-house goodies and gifts to please, or appease the women folk; really, nothing works better to ease a woman's day of dealing with us Guys as the stuff Bath & Body Works sells, and for that I really, really like the place! Thanks for being there B&BW!! P.S. Happy Candle Day!!!! First, let me say that this store opened up at 1 am for the candle sale! 1 o'clock in da mornin!!! Yeeeesss! I thought I was doing something big, driving 40 minutes to be one of the first shoppers, until I got in the parking lot and seen 200 other candle friends of mine were wrapping a loop around the building. Dang! Waited maybe 10 mins before the doors open which wasn't bad. It was absolutely packed as you could imagine. Nowhere to actually move. It was best to just get in line and grab some as the line moved. But, the best and most important part was the staff. They were so awesome. I should have gotten all their names. From the manager (dressed in all black), the cute young lady with the Christmas ears and the guy with with bright pink shirt, ALL FANTASTIC! Perfect attitude, running all over the store getting the candles for you like private shoppers. Just great! Friendly, laughing and joking with the customers, helping with coupons, etc. They are definitely an asset to the company. However, they could have let the cashier go after her shift. Her attitude was all wrong. I mean she just started, so why the angry puss face honey. But, I was having so much fun with my new candle cousins we just ignored her, kept laughing and handing her our coupons! Will definitely visit this one more often. read more

The plug-in francraces, well they didnt have many to chose from. They only have a few options, so I had to go online. Bath & Body Works can be a little bit pricey, so you should take advantage of coupons, promotions, and especially their semi-annual sales that happen in December/January & June/July where they mark down prices to up to 75% off! Also in December, keep checking for deals. In December 2015 they had $2.50 hand soaps, $3 body lotions, $4 body creams, and $8.50 candles on different days throughout the month. Their Tis the Season and Winter candles and wallflowers smell amazing. Their aromatherapy lotions and creams help to relax me before I fall asleep. Their body butters are great for winter months. They have many unique and seasonal scents that I enjoy throughout the year. Customer service has been primarily good except for one instance in which I forgot my coupon at home, and an employee initially didn't let me use a coupon that she had just put in my bag on my purchase, so I complained and then she asked her manager and they let me use the coupon. I will definitely be a returning customer, both in store and online. read more
