She failed to groom the way I asked twice and the third time when I brought my parents dog the grooming looked like a 4 year old did it. $60 cash under the table for that? Never again. Usually our dogs leave the groomers perky and proud, happy with their 'new-do's' each time we have left her the dogs are submissive and faces down. I truly have to wonder what goes on there.
