I'm done, my wife is done and in fact I know of two other people I used to work with I will relay my experiences. She numbed me perfectly. I didn't feel a thing. I love that they added TVs in the rooms. I got the room playing 80s music. As silly as it sounds, it really eased my nerves and I actually had to stop myself from wiggling to the music lol. I have little to no pain after the numbing medicine wore off. Unfortunately, I had to leave after waiting nearly an hour and a half post-filling, with no update or indication of when the cleaning would start. In total, I spent about 2.5 hours there, and only the filling was completed. When I booked the appointment, I clearly mentioned that I had a time constraint and needed to be finished by a certain time. Despite this, the timing wasn't respected, and I had to leave before the service was completed. I informed staff to cancel any other appts that i had and left. Staff did not care, did not apologize and I am shocked how i was treated. (5/21) - I received a call for an upcoming appt (i canceled these per how i was treated at previous visit) I called office back to cancel this appt and explained why. Office still didn't care, didn't apologize.

Dr. Kevin re-did the filling on the very back tooth and closed the food trap between the teeth, which resolved the issue and now I don't get food stuck there anymore! He and the dental assistant (I'm sorry, I forgot her name but she was great), were very friendly and did a great job!! I called shortly after learning they were open and scheduled my appointment. I was able to get a routine cleaning on the books within a week or two which is way sooner than I expected. The location is nice, brand new facilities, and it seems to be very low volume at the moment as I've been about the only person in the waiting room for the cleaning and follow-up work I needed done. I highly recommend if you need a quick cleaning. My hygienists and the dentists I've seen were solid. No complaints after getting a single filling.

I have never complained about paying out of pocket. In my entire adult life, I was never charged this much for a routine cleaning, which was only partially done (no polishing)! I bought the Package ($315) they offer, which is supposed to include 2 cleanings (6 months apart) and x-rays and exam for the year. My appt for December 30th only included the x-rays, I was told I needed to come back for the cleaning, which was scheduled for January 5th. When I arrived at said time, but I wasn't on their books and had to come back the next day. I was charged an addition $210 for the cleaning after the hygienist told me this was included with my package, which they now claim was a "deep cleaning", but it was not any different from any routine cleaning I have had every 6 months my entire life. Now I'm scheduled to go back in February for the polishing which should have been done with the cleaning! Triangle Family Dentistry in Pittsboro is scamming people who do not have insurance. Probably scamming insurance companies also... We are paying for their designer waiting room and taking up the entire second floor of the building.

Actually yes!…read more Aspen has their own annual insurance (around $60 I believe) for folks whose employer does not include dental or like me opted out (not that my plan was accepted anywhere around here according to a coworker). You don't know you need the insurance until a vertical root fracture happens. The practice also takes CareCredit and if you use cc you know how much that interest free payment plan means. The office administrators are incredible and will do their utmost to ensure you are seen sooner when experiencing pain. From a non-pain appointment I was also seen a little early (no complaints here). The dentists and hygienists are amazing. They listen without judgment and give honest opinions and referrals. They take seriously that some of us have childhood dental trauma and specific anxieties. When I needed one more shot of novocaine there were no questions asked and the molar extractions went quick and smoothly. I have always been allowed my noise cancelling headset and a female hygienist in the room if not a female dentist/oral surgeon. I felt seen, heard and respected. They tried to save my second molar and when it broke weeks later; I was immediately scheduled for the second extraction. I cannot recommend this place enough for affordable dental care.
