Beware! Tom, the owner, agreed to clean my house gutters and downpipes. He agreed to put all…read moregutter debris in my garbage bin which I provided to him. I advised him of the gutter downpipes was not draining properly and he said he would look after that. I am a senior with low vision so trusted him to do what he said he would do. Unfortunately that is not what happened. He and his helper dumped most of the gutter debris onto of my already cleaned flowerbeds. I had to call him twice to get him back to clean up the gutter debris he dumped on my flower beds. At that time I showed him again that the same gutter down pipe was still not draining properly. He said he would look after cleaning it out but he did not clean the down pipe out. I have attached a video to show that the same down pipe is still not draining properly and in a rainfall the water is gushing out over the top. I sent this video in an email to Tom asking him to arrange to come back and clean out the gutter down pipe. He did not reply to my email so I called him. He acknowledged receiving my email but became very confrontational saying that cleaning the gutter down pipes was not included in the gutter cleaning service. Clean van, friendly guys and they cleaned our very nasty gutters in no time. I even got an overview of the condition of our gutters, which is handy. Very realistic pricing too, which is helpful.
