We only got 15 minutes to look over the 40 different cats and choose 2 to "meet"(open the cage and pet them), which was difficult. BUT now we are the happy owners of a cute chunky kitty named Jade. When I visited the first time, a lap cat who was just spayed, locked her eyes on me....I thought a match! The large man working at the facility said the cat was not up for adoption. He also did not tell me ANYTHING about the process and need to file an "application" online. He only said, after much prodding, it would be a few weeks before the cat would be up for adoption, and I should check back on the website in a few weeks. I will say he was very "STAND-OFF-ISH" to me for an unknown reason. I came back the next week, and the cat was not there. I was told from a more friendly man, that the cat was having its stiches removed and another week or so before the cat would be ready for adoption. But unfortunately, he too did not tell me about the adoption process and need for an online application. Why would people whom are trying to get animals adopted, not tell them about the application process? WHAT ELSE ARE THEY HIDDING?

I have practically begged for help for two mother feral cats and their kittens. Not to mention the other feral cats that are around my neighborhood. It is so horrible that your services advertise to help cats and requests donations but when it comes down to it, no services are provided to these poor animals.  I contacted every single person on your list that you provided and only one person was willingly to suggest that I do the work that I'm asking the exact help for. I ask why then do you advertise that there are services for these poor feral cats when there are none? Why do we bother donating to your organization when the time comes to aid these animals no service is provided? I am appalled at how each and every person on the Feral Friends Network in Atlanta, GA. did not come to the aid of these poor feral cats when they claim they will, yet ask for donations, and advocate to do good works for these poor animals. There was only one person, that is so sad, these actions are beyond disturbing. I continuously checked for appointments from 9:30 a.m. until noon, but at no point did I see a single appointment become available. I also called your service to confirm that the appointment date or booking procedure had not changed. I was specifically told that I needed to be on the computer at 9:30 a.m., which I was. Given that I followed the instructions exactly and still could not find even one available appointment over the course of more than two hours, I have serious concerns about how these appointments are being allocated. It makes me wonder whether appointments are being released through another method, reserved in advance, or whether certain patients are being filtered or given priority. I would appreciate a clear and transparent explanation of how appointments are released and how clients are expected to have a fair opportunity to book them. The current process does not appear to be working as described, and I would like to understand why.

I already had an application in for approval so it went really quick. I was able to pick her up within about four days because of Vet visits. Amy and her crew and volunteers do an amazing job. Rescue is not easy work and they put up with a lot and they really do care for all their animals. People seem to be the biggest problem for any rescue. I highly recommend Knine.

PAW seems to really care about the dogs in their care, they have many volunteers who make sure that each dog has its needs met. They do seem very selective in their applicants, which can be a good or a bad thing depending on who you ask, but worth mentioning for what it is. I recommend adopting a dog from them if you meet their criteria for that dog, you can adopt knowing the dog was well cared for, and donate knowing your money is going to an organization that gives its all for said dogs.

Nellie blossomed right before our very eyes. She was a part of our family for almost 10 years before crossing the rainbow bridge. She is extremely knowledgeable and will really work with you (the owner) to give the best care for your pet. Her prices are very reasonable (previous vets I've been to charge way more for the same procedure) and she is NOT one of those vets who uses pushy/aggressive tactics for you to pay for unnecessary procedures and medications. The previous vet I had before Dr. Robbins told me my cat had a bad heart murmur and really pushed me to get an ultrasound done, expensive bloodwork, and all this (unnecessary) medication which totaled over $3,000 out of pocket for me. I became very suspicious when they pushed for me to do even more very expensive $$$$bloodwork I so went to Dr. Robbins for a second opinion and she told me she did NOT hear any kind of heart murmur and after hearing her professional opinion, never returned to my previous vet. My cat ended up living up to age 17 years and he passed away quietly from old age with NO heart issues whatsoever. Moreover, her staff is awesome! They are some of the most compassionate animal loving people you will ever meet and are extremely helpful and supportive. You can't go wrong coming to this clinic.
