The gentleman who helped us named Eddie was friendly, helped us pick out flowers with the colors we had in mind Red White And Blue for my Tio who was a veteran. When I contacted the business, the owner acknowledged that the comment had been entered into their POS/back-office system and stated that it was intended as an internal note. What concerned me most was not only that this was written about a customer at all, but that it was apparently stored in a way that could become customer-visible. The owner's response also focused heavily on defending the employee interaction rather than fully addressing the professionalism of the note itself. I understand businesses get busy and stressful situations happen, especially around holidays. But I do not believe customers should be described this way in company systems or accidentally sent those comments in emails. I am attaching screenshots so others can judge the situation for themselves.
