They had great options and even had "pet theme" vases / arrangements. I was super excited to have something be a little more than just a plain vase. Online ordering was easy but site freezing up and wouldn't let me go back to correct a typo I had in the message to go along the flowers. I called and emailed and was SUPER disappointed it was delivered without it being corrected. Never received an email or call back. Only reason I didn't give this shop 2 stars is because they added the pets name to the vase which was a sweet thought but it did not help the embarrassment of a incorrect message and no response to try and make it better. However, what was delivered was a fusion of an insufficient array of whatever roses they had left at the end of the day, which some were wilted as well as the colors didn't even match. Even though they refunded my purchase, which I had paid weeks in advance, what my daughter received was nothing close to what I had ordered. I even had to call the florist in the afternoon to check on my order as it was 2:20 pm and nothing had been delivered yet. I realize it's a very busy day and that is why I ordered this bouquet weeks in advance I also requested early delivery. I am really disappointed with this company. I was really excited to order from them because of how eclectic their selection is . To cheer up one of my good friends on her birthday during this pandemic , I ordered a pothos plant for delivery on April 1st to be sent out on April 8th. However, the plant never arrived and instead of reaching out to let me know they were NOT planning on delivering it, I had to call them two days in a row without any response. The only communication I received was the refund email I received this morning. I still haven't heard back from them via phone and think that it's ridiculous that no one has taken the time to apologize and/ or to formally tell me what happened with my order. This an extremely unprofessional way to run a business. I understand things are hard due to the pandemic, but if this order was issue, they should not have let me order in the first place. My grandmother is in the hospital all alone, with no visitors during COVID, so sending flowers is about all I can do. It was a very colorful selection of what seemed to be all kinds of stuff and was huge. We gave it to a co-worker leaving the company who is not very emotional but she was truly taken by the whole presentation, including the card that was colorful on the front and blank inside, just what we asked for.
