These are beautiful and some of my favorite. He commented that the service was very friendly and great with ensuring the flowers arrived before I left for the day, since I didn't know they were arriving. My luck would be I left before they showed. Lastly, he commented they were reasonably priced and would gladly order from again as it's less than 5 miles from my office. I have never posted a Yelp review before, but in this case I felt I had to. I ordered flowers from Fiesta Flowers and later received a customer survey email containing the statement: "DO NOT SELL TOO COMPLAINS OVER STUPID SHIT" with my full name directly above it. When I contacted the business, the owner acknowledged that the comment had been entered into their POS/back-office system and stated that it was intended as an internal note. What concerned me most was not only that this was written about a customer at all, but that it was apparently stored in a way that could become customer-visible. The owner's response also focused heavily on defending the employee interaction rather than fully addressing the professionalism of the note itself. I understand businesses get busy and stressful situations happen, especially around holidays. But I do not believe customers should be described this way in company systems or accidentally sent those comments in emails.
