I am a foodie traveling with my family (all grown ups) in Madrid, where we have come twice a year for the last 5 years (except for 2020 for obvious reasons). Decided to pick this place just because we were staying nearby and didn't want to walk far. But, what an a extraordinary surprise. Food was superb. Starting with the "Aperitivo" which was the best tortilla española. We ordered some "healthy appetizers" with great burrata with pesto, a plate of artichoke hearts with ham, an eggplant parmigiana "local" style, which I have never experienced in my life, and a salad!!!! Yes, this is one one the few restaurants in Madrid that offers a green salad, which was amazing. We ordered other plates (although we were not that hungry), but thank God we left some room for desert. We had the Tarta de Queso" an almond tart. And a double chocolate brownie which were amazing. If you are wondering around in the Salamanca neighborhood, this is a must!!!! You won't regret it. read more
