This place has a nice colonial design and is the largest mall in Cabo San Lucas. It is not overly large though and is about the size of an average American mall. The stores are a mix of American brands and local Mexican stores. Some familiar brands you will find there are Guess, Forever 21, Quicksilver and Mossimo. The variety of stores is decent and offers something for everyone. It is not just clothing stores. There are several stores selling art, tequila, hand crafted jewelry, dolls, and souvenirs. The food court is normal sized and is mainly made of American fast food chains like Burger King, McDonalds, and Dominoes. However, there are a couple of dine in restaurants too like Ruth's Chris Steak House and Houlihan's. If you are looking for a mall to waste some time while in Cabo, this is the one. read more

This is where cruise ship passengers shop. No need venture away to see real Mexico in all its shabby glory. No need to learn a single word of Spanish. Eh, don't bother. This isn't really a mall that we Americans are used to. There are no known name brand stores like Victoria Secret, Footlocker, Forever 21, Bath and Body Works etc. And the stores here are a bunch of souvenir shops, some wannabe sports store, a few swimwear stores and others I don't recall. I was only here for a quick bathroom visit, go souvenir shopping and to catch a quick dose of AC cuz it gets hot walking around the city. It's fine to check out but don't expect to spend the day here or go on a major shopping spree. Luxury Avenue wasn't much to gawk over either. Cartier...and some diamond jeweler stores. read more

Cool little mall with lots of affordable souvenirs . We went to eat at Taco Gus and this was walking distance. Be prepared before you enter the mall you will need to have your temperature taken.Plenty of souvenirs and I purchased a maraca for $1 US for my granddaughter. Outside of the store they had this big beautiful chair and I could not resist taking a picture on it. I wanted to purchase a scoop of ice cream from a tiny ice cream stand in the mall. The price was $6 us for one scoop which is expensive. However, I just wanted some ice cream. I gave the young lady $20 and she said she had any change. Then I gave her a $5 in ones and a dollar in change and to my surprise she said they do not accept change. LOL. So, I really couldn't believe it but she was dead serious and I was out. They do have a Victoria secret store but it's not like the one that we have in the us. I noticed perfume sprays and makeup bags and that was just about it. That was great for me because I wasn't enticed into going into the store. This mall even had a Ruth Chris and I was beyond surprised. As I was walking in the mall I noticed an area with armed security guards or police officers. They were armed with rifles and I couldn't figure out why. Maybe, those stores in that area are more higher end because I did see some Gucci glasses at a nearby store. All in all it was a nice excursion to the mall. read more

Avoid "Fullsand" beach wear in this mall. My husband bought me a swimsuit at "Fullsand" and had asked the saleswoman if I didn't like it could I return or exchange it. She said yes as long as it wasn't worn. Well it wasn't my style and looked too small so we went back 2 days later and the man behind the counter said "no refunds or exchanges". I explained to him I didn't even try it on and it had the tags and liner in place AND I had the receipt. We told him what the saleswoman had said and he said "how do I know you're not lying". He said she would be working that afternoon so we went back and he was still the only one there. I went into 2 other swimsuit stores in the mall and both told me they accept swimsuit returns. We come to Cabo annually and I will never buy anything at this mall again. So avoid this place, it is a tourist trap... read more

Puerto Paraíso is a newer mall like development that popped up in Cabo just a few years back. As a local it might be an awesome addition to the Los Cabos town, but as a tourist I would recommend not waisting your time. The shops are a lot pricier than peddlers on the beaches or small shops up on the streets above the marina. There are many diamond and bikini shops, and yes the quality is high and you "get what you pay for" but nothing is authentically representational of visiting the true culture of Cabo. On a positive note.. The spinning doors are quite exciting and the from an architectural standpoint it is a beautiful facility. The air condition is always on high and the stores are well organized and easy to shop through. But from a realistic stand point.. It's not worth your time as a vacationing tourist. You should be out at the local vendors getting authentic product and tequila tasting at one of the many local bars. read more

This is a pretty cool place, but be prepared to endure solicitations from local street merchants every 20 feet when you're walking along the dock. This is a large shopping center in Cabo, within walking distance from the beach and right alongside the marina. It's really big and you can't miss it if you are in the area. It's a higher end shopping center, with a lot of American brands and designers as well as coffee shops, restaurants, a movie theatre and even a large water fountain. It's a nice place to shop if you are looking for something to buy or just want to kill some time browsing. You might get lucky and find free wifi here (we did, but only in certain areas) and there are so nice lounging areas if you just need to get out of the sun. Somethings are overpriced, and you can get good deals at some places, so do your homework before you buy. And they have clean bathrooms too! read more

This mall sort of a let down. There is only one store i like for boutique kids cloths was el guey. Everything else really overpriced crap.... And the pandora store just wait to buy back in the us.. you will save about 10% and you wont have to pay the huge 16% mexico sales tax. read more

YOU CAN GET IN BUT YOU CAN'T OUT! Attention to people who want park at Puerto Paraiso Parking Garage Although the mall is very nice the parking garage has problems. There are many parking spots. However, when you go to pay for parking it is almost impossible to accomplish this task. There are multiple pay machines that didn't work. Of the three machines and two were broken. The one that worked only accepted coins. It was extremely frustrating to pay and required running up and down stairs to find a working machine!!! Exiting the garage was very challenging. There was a very big back up and it took at least a half an hour to exit even with people working at the gate. The mall definitely needs more then one exit. I highly recommend you park somewhere else until situation is corrected. read more

First of all, you're in Cabo San Lucas on the marina... why would you want Victoria Secret, Footlocker, Forever 21, Bath and Body Works, etc... ????? They are rebuilding because of the hurricane, and we got lost, to be honest, but if you want to shop, this is a good stop as you walk around the marina. Make sure to walk the rest of the marina too, though... SOOOO much to see!!! Good place to park and have your car in a covered garage, plus, it's at one end of the marina so you can walk the whole thing and then taxi back if you're too tired to repeat it and walk back. This mall is great for a few reasons. You aren't bombarded with the same old stores as in the U.S. (we can find Gap, Express, Body Shop everywhere,meh) these are funny, Mexican versions of a Junior's store, jewelry etc. The mall is super clean, movie theater upstairs, kids zone and a great food court, where we found excellent tortas and Greek salad. There are clean toilets and a nice, enclosed and private ATM (Scotiabank). Sure, there are a lot of cheesy souvenirs, but you don't have to go in if you don't want. Great place to chill an people watch, when you need a break from the high-pitch sales and neverending vendors on the beach. read more

Nice shopping center in cabo... We ate at the Hagen Daz, we spent $50 for ice cream for 3 kids and 2 adults go figure! Lots of small shops to choose from. If you want to buy souvenirs, shop here! Don't buy any American stuff (Nike store etc), pricing is pretty much the same. The mall was kept well, clean. Pretty cheap to park in their parking lot for a day. This is also the connecting point to the cruises, so it's a good place to hang out while waiting for excursion. Lots of restaurants (Ruth Chris, Johnny rockets, ice cream, etc... So they call this place a mall, but it is lacking a lot of merchandise. This place is very limited and they only reason why I even went, was for souvenirs. Right when you walk in, you'll see the souvenir store. They have a lot of selection, but I was trying to find more authentic stuff. Ended up buying a lot of little things for the kids, some hot sauce for my dad, and some candy for my mom. Also, beware if you break anything you will have to pay for it. I accidentally knocked something over with my bag since you can hardly walk between aisles. And they made me pay for it. We walked around the "mall" and it was really dry. Only a few stores, no big name brands and over all not an actual mall. Only thing I would suggest it for is souvenirs. read more

The mall is well located, right in the Marina where the tourist stuff is and the cruise ships stop. It's clean and has an array of shops: Lots of sunglass stores and tourist souvenirs, but also a Victoria's Secret knockoff (Women's Secret), and the Mexican version of Claire's. The food court is pretty much American fast food like McDonalds. There's a "luxury" section that isn't extensive, and includes oddities like a Victoria's Secret that is focused on fragrances... huh? The other stores in the section are on the small side - not much selection. read more

Great mall. I loved it, it was so fun and cost efficient for all the souvenirs; mall has three levels. One level for main shopping, second level for MORE shopping and the food court, and third level the movie theater. Burger King is pretty popular from what I've seen in Mexico and around Cabo. Very scenic things to take pictures of and with inside this mall, semi hard to find restrooms. Great customer service from the staff and a lot of fun activities for tourist and kids to do while shopping like a fish pedicure filled with small fish called Garra rufa which have the nickname "doctor fish" because they eat away dead skin found on peoples' feet and vision games. read more

Häagen-Dazs is very popular around the city, this mall had like three separate location but one out facing the pier is a full blown dine in parlor. They have a mini casino up on second floor with a great view of the pier right around the corner!! I especially liked the kiosk with the Dr. Fish. It was surprisingly relaxing to dip my feet in water and have these little guys clean my feet!! There is a full blown shop with sculptures and jewelry of renown Mexican artist, Sergio Bustamante. His work was amazing to see in person, everything was so intricately detailed, my coworker who is in love with his craftsmanship couldn't resist buying jewelry worth almost $300 wow. His art is so lovely to look at, each piece has character and a story to tell. They have a comic shop cafe with marvel characters, I really liked the out door seating and the area with the iron man statue gives the best view of the boats! My only gripe is the pubic restrooms, very small and not that clean. It is also rather hot and so many outside peddlers. Even within the pier and inside the mall. The fancier stores had military guardsmen with full blown rifles, it was pretty intimidating. read more

They have one wing in the mall that offers the souvenirs and other products that would interest travelers and they have the high end wing which is great for people wanting to buy. The best part is that they can offer discounts on the luxury products that you don't get in the US. Even though I'm not ready to drop a few G's on a Rolex, it's good to know! read more

This is a well maintained shopping mall in Cabo. Luxury Avenue is well guarded, which is good. The stuff there is over priced for what you are buying too. You see a lot of the same stuff in this mall, like diamond stores, sunglasses stores, and clothes stores. Also, the employees there are very friendly. This mall was super close to the marina and so convenient. The first time we came here we took a water taxi. The second time we came here we took a regular taxi (yes, I came to the mall twice in my 4 day stay LOL). This mall has everything you need. Had a lot of stores I never heard of, but fashion forward. All the stores were clean and employees friendly. It is a growing mall, the second and third floor were being constructed for future stores. The movie theater was really nice. They play current American movies with Spanish subtitles. Clean bathrooms. Overall this place is better than most malls I've been to in the US. Great place to walk around, and at one end of the mall there are tons of restaurants. Found ourselves at Sr Sweets at least once a day. The food court on the second floor was decent. read more

We went here to walk around and see the mall in Cabo. We didn't think there were any special stores but kinda fun to see a mall in Mexico while on vacation. We wouldn't recommend this as a tourist stop but it was a nice mall. We ate at a Tortas place in the food court which was tasty. We made sure not to get lettuce or tomatoes since we didn't know what water they used to wash their food. We also got an Oreo shake at Burger King which was nice on a hot day. The mall and food court were mostly locals and not tourists. We checked out the movie theater and it seemed to be cheap but not many movie choices. read more
