My cat got groomed here and the staff were so nice! Very good service and grooming over all!!

I stopped going there a long time ago. After the new owners took over. I would repeatedly ask them not to use anything scented on my dog be cause I have allergies and can't tolerate anything scented. Every time, they assured me they wouldn't. Every time, I'd have to bathe him all over again when I got him home. I took my dog here for over 2 years and was always happy with the service. Whoever handles the phones has become extremely abrasive and not accommodating. Dismissive, rude and condescending. My dog's last haircut resulted in an open gash in her leg that no one addressed with me because they were so busy and in such a rush. Not appreciative of their customers and TERRIBLE communication, much worse since pandemic. My dog got hurt here, I would not take her back, they were so rude on the phone and I would absolutely recommend taking your dog elsewhere. Petco grooming did a great job and it's a way less stressful situation! Would also recommend Fur Babies Resort & Spa. read more

took my senior pom in for a groom. the receptionist was friendly. I told her what I wanted (teddy bear cut, clear the gunk around the eyes, keep around the head more fluffed up so she still looked like a girl, and I requested an oatmeal bath). we came to pick her up. I just did a quick look over and she looked ok. I noticed her eyes hadn't been cleaned and around her head was pretty short. but whatever. when we got home I realized her haircut is very choppy and uneven around her head. one side is much shorter than the other. I wasn't too worried about it being cut too short because it'll grow back. but now it's going to grow back unevenly too... would much rather have gotten to speak directly to the groomer to give them my request and make sure it's someone I trust to take care of my baby. read more

I've been going to Puff & Fluff for years. I've only been to this location twice (I think) and this past experience was a very bad one for me. I took all three of my animals to be shaved. My two dogs got a very short cut but the groomer left the ears/legs/tail long and it all looked kinda silly. I had to bring them in the next day to fix it (which was kind of an inconvenience). This was the first time I brought my cat to this location and they said they weren't able to bathe him. When they brought him out he looked so miserable and stressed out. He's never had these issues at the other location. Also, walking to the car, I noticed the car carrier was falling apart, turns out 3 screws were missing since I dropped him off. (Weird). I sadly won't be returning to this location, but I will however return to the other one even though it is a bit further. read more

After reading all the great reviews, and getting the "dumb & dumber" bowl cut at Petco, I decided to give this place a shot. I am the proud owner of a Shih Tzu puppy and I was so impressed with the cut they gave him. They still kept him pretty long (which I love) but shorted him in the right places. So incredibly happy with the service I received! The staff were so nice. I was very scared to take my 8 y/o cat there for his first time being professionally groomed. They were so gentle with him and the price was extremely good for what I got. They even texted me as soon as he was ready so I could run down and pick him up. SO happy I found a great groomer near my new house. My dog gets really scared going to new places - she's a rescue and anxious about going anywhere, really. So it was fantastic that this place was in a great location and had openings available, especially for a Saturday morning appointment! They did a great job. Her coat is fluffy and clean, and they followed my specific requests to have her nails ground down, not just clipped ( for some reason, that's tough to have done. ) And, she got a cute bandana. :) On top of it all, they were SUPER fast, rather than having her sit in a cage for four hours, they finished only 55 minutes later and she was ready to go. The staff were very friendly and super nice. Love it! Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be back. read more

Yay for a fabulous experience with the recently opened Puff and Fluff Arcadia! The shop is clean; the staff is friendly. I appreciated that they asked and listened as I explained what I wanted in the way of grooming before taking my dog. When they did handle my dog they treated her gently, it was obvious they cared for dogs. They called a few hours later (as promised), my looked great with a nice even cut, smelled wonderful, and she was happy!! The price of the grooming is worth it for all the services and care received. We had a great first experience at Puff & Fluff! I was referred to them by a family member. I appreciated their communication and the reminders about my upcoming appointment. They were even able to let me drop off Lincoln half an hour early due to my schedule. He spent 4.5 hours there getting pampered and he looked great! I couldn't be happier at the shop, the personnel and how well my ShiTzu boys look. Courtney took time to asks me how I like the boys cut and she did exactly what I asked.
