I've only had one problem with a purchase and it was an honest mistake that anyone would make. The people who leave bad reviews have obviously never worked in retail. If they did, they'd be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. Expecting perfect service from a smoke shop is stupid and unfair to the staff. This is the kind of store where you go in, get what you want, and get out! That being said, I love to swing by here after a long week and get some goodies.
