It's about freaking time New Orleans had an e-cig presence!! I've been a big online supporter and was thrilled when I heard they'd be opening a shop... best e-liquid quality and prices I've found at a retailer in the whole damn state. Tons of flavors, too -- if you like fruity, try the Black and Blue (juicy mix of blackberry and blueberry) or Tropicalia (tropical fruits, but not in a stupid-sweet Hawaiian Punch kind of way), more traditional, the Dromedary/Supermint is pretty baller... ooh, and if you wanna try something more unique, three words: Bacon Bleu Cheese. Ho. Lee. Jeesus. The store's still really new, so call before going, but if you're into vaping (or are looking for a better option to cigarettes), DEFINITELY check it out. Nice staff who are really helpful. One guy who works there always remembers me and knows I call in my order and uber over to pick it up and the last time I did that he was outside waiting on me so that my driver wouldn't have to wait long for me (and not cost me extra in uber fees). I like Smokecignals and have been a customer for several months now while I explore the world of vaping. The guys are helpful and courteous. I've had a couple issues with some tanks and they were excellent with rectifying. They offer a great customer loyalty program as well. If I could give one thousand stars, I would. I recently quit smoking with the help of a vape...I had some trouble with it working on day 2 and called the store to trouble shoot. After some questions, they concluded that I must have gotten a defunct pipe. At first I was asked to come to the store; when I sadly reported that I could not due to work, one of the guys from the store (Josh) came to me...that's right, you read that correctly, HE CAME TO ME! He delivered a new pipe and only said, "I would hope that somebody would do this for me one day". I am so impressed, I'm still trying to figure out how to thank him. What a dishonest place, they sold me a defective device, went back (not like it is an easy place to get to ) owner looks at the device, agrees it is defective but wait they do not have any more of the model I purchase bit they will be in "next week" I come back in two weeks and the owner informs me they do not have the devices in, just looks at me with no expression on his face. I say so you got my $50 and I am screwed? again no answer, no offer of a refund, not suggestion of when the shipment will be in. Perfectly satisfied to take my money for trash product and no offer to make it right. I would say stay away, if I wanted to make a $50 donation this would not be the charity I picked! i'm still bummed that the FDA started regulating all this stuff because now i can't try all the cool flavors they have to offer, but i was lucky enough to try "my bloody valentine" before all of that happened, and it's amazing. it's my favorite flavor from several different shops. it's basically just a mix of a bunch of different fruits, but it's perfect for me, and i highly recommend it! the guys that work there are nerdy and quiet, but they're also knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. they seem to be the best of the handful of different shops i've been to. i like that they offer some good deals, and they put your info. in the computer, so if you forgot what flavor or nicotine level you vape at, they can easily pull it up for you. read more

We usually go to Calhoun vapor for our juice but they were closed today so we went to smokecignals. Not only is the juice nasty looking but the 30mm bottle we got is way smaller than the 30mm from Calhoun. If you're going there you're being ripped off. They also weren't super friendly.
