There's a range of seating, from an outdoor patio, to tables near the front windows, to a bar, to more dimly lit seating toward the back...and a rooftop to boot. Lots of options! Their drink menu seemed extensive, lots of spirits and beer/wine available. Pricey, but I guess that's part of being a cigar bar, especially one that's also storied institution. Service was excellent, great staff that were friendly and very helpful. I bought a vape mod from them in October, and had issues with the mod within a few weeks, when I went in and asked if they could help, they said it was too long to do anything about, and i'd have to go through the manufacturer. Initially I thought, okay fine, I can understand it being too long. That should've been my hint. Now Sunday I bought a new mod kit from them this weekend, spent nearly $200, and in less than 24 hours went back because the tank on the mod was leaking like crazy, and spitting hot juice (not vapor) into my mouth. The employee was helpful and tried to mess with the tank to get it better, which it appeared to be, till I went home and started vaping for a bit, and once it got warm, it started leaking again. The issue comes down to their return policy. Even when I came back within 24 hours of purchasing, they told me they couldn't do anything about it, because the mod was used. How am I supposed to know that you sold me garbage without using it? Especially frustrating when they didn't have the mod I was looking for, and this was the mod they specifically recommended in place of it. On top of this, after the shop was unwilling to help me, I looked online to see if anyone had similar issues with this mod, and apparently the mod I purchased, at the recommendation of the shop, is KNOWN TO START ON FIRE! So not only did they sell a product i'm unhappy with, that they will not stand behind, but they knowingly sold an unsafe product. Apparently I need to find a new vape shop that stands behind the products they sell, and not just sells a product for 2x markup and then leaves you high and dry.
