Now typically I don't mind when a cigar shop is a little overprice because you go for the experience. From the time you walk into the humidor and select your stick until you finish your cigar, you get to sit down with fellow enthusiasts and talk. The reason why I only offered 3 stars is because this shop does not offer that experience, smoking is prohibited in this store. The owner explained it is because they sell liquor and have gaming machines. I completely understand it is illegal to sell liquor, offer gaming machines and allow people to smoke in IL. Also, I am not telling anyone how to run their business, however a cigar shop that does not allow you to smoke a cigar in their store is not for me. It's a fine shop if you want to pick up a pack of cigarettes or cigar in a pinch. I personally would not pay the premium on cigars if they are not offering me a lounge to smoke in their store.

There are always hiccups for new businesses but this is not a promising start, customer respect wise. This place is horrible. I've placed 2 orders online with them. My first order, pods were on back…read moreorder. Some of the pods were super brown and one of the package had 1 pod missing from it. Called Larry about my back order pods and was told they were going to be shipped out in 4-5 days. 2.5 weeks later I had to call Larry again and this time he told me to call back when his assistant/receptionist is in. Which she only works on certain days. Called back and she told me it was going to take another 2 weeks. I've decide to let them replace the pods with different ones. Fast forward to my second order. I've placed it on April 28. I've called multiple times checking on status of the order. First call, I was told by Larry that he will check on the order and will call me back. Second call, same thing, I was going to get a phone call back. Third call, I got sent to shipping and they told me they will also call me back. Forth call, Told Larry to cancel my order and he told me to call back when his assistant/receptionist is in. I emailed them afterwards to cancel my order.
