I am not sure what is going on here, but the humidor was 99% empty. I asked the woman at the counter if there are cigars elsewhere and she said "No, whatever is there". I am assuming the bar is being used, but being open during the day seems pointless. read more

Definitely recommend but a few things to consider. In my experience, most cigars bars let you bring your own smoke as long as you are buying their alcohol and or food. Amazing service from Mercedes! Good drinks. Good cigars. Great time with friends. The price on whiskey is high. $40 on a double shot of Angel's Envy, but the beer is more reasonably priced. Roughly $8 for a Guinness. Cigar selection was a little low, however I'm told that's not the norm. Usually the humidor is stocked full of cigars. Overall, it was an amazing experience. My brother in law and I were looking for a cigar place near our hotel where we could have a drink and cigar. When I pulled up, there is parking all around. We were there in the middle of the day, so that may have been why... When we walked in, there is fairly well stocked humidor directly in front of you. We went in and picked up a few cigars. You have to pay for them and then walk through a door opening to go in the bar/smoke area. Kind of a weird set up because the same lady that rung us up on cigars did the beers as well. There is some decent seating areas... some lounge chairs and some tables with high chairs. The bar area is not very big and I imagine if they have much of a crowd it would get very crowded. I liked the place quite well and would definitely go back... just not on a Friday or Saturday night. read more

I had amazing time visiting this place. I am a big fan of Cigar lounges and have been a cigar smoker for 7 years. I called ahead to find out how long they would be open and spoke to Angel. She is an amazing bartender and so polite. When I arrived I was shown the humidor, picked up my cigars, came out and ordered two drinks. If you were in this area you definitely need to visit this lounge and make sure Angel is working when you come. She will create an amazing experience for you as she did for me. read more

I've been coming to this lounge for a few years now, friendly owners great staff. Really nice selection of cigars and a really nice selection at the bar for drinks. Happy Hour is the perfect time any day of the week, with great music. The bartender Angel is the best I know, super friendly easy to get along with. Checked this place out after a fellow cigar smoker suggested it and I'm glad I did. The store is ultra clean, very bright, well lit and stocked with all of the basic cigars a smoker could want- they had mine in several different styles so I'm a fan. This won't replace my 'home' cigar store- Blooms in the South Side, but it will do if I get out of work early and want to grab a happy hour drink (they have a fully stocked bar) and a cigar. I'm not quite sure where to begin. I visited on my lunch break with my two co-workers, one of whom was interested in the Hookahs that were for sale. He noticed two different hookahs that were Pink and inquired about them. After commenting that he liked the pink color, the clerk at the store immediately quipped, with no lack of ire and disdain, "Are you gay?" What? What does that matter? She asked based only on the fact that he wanted to know the price of your pink hookahs? Her tone and attitude were directly insulting, bigoted, and egregiously homophobic. It didn't end there. My friend, insulted by her tone, dumbfounded by her question, and curious of her motives, responded that he was gay. He isn't gay, but at this point that's irrelevant. Verbatim, her next words were, "Ack. America is a stupid country." "Well, where are you from," he asked. "Russia," she responded, "We beat them in the face." And there, my dear readers, was the underlying, immediate source of her tone, disgusting attitude, and repugnant treatment of my friend. He, with tobacco in one hand and wallet in the other, returned his purchase to the rack and left. We all did. The plain and simple fact that a store like this is in operation with openly homophobic, bigoted employees (or proprietors, because I'm not sure if this is privately owned and operated) is an insult. It's disgustingly inappropriate that anyone would drive their customer service in such a way. This is a damn business, and I don't see what my friend's sexual preference has to do with the shitty plastic hookahs on your wall or the dirty tobacco you shuck to unknowing patrons. It's bullshit, friends. Plain and simple, there's no excuse for such blatant intolerance. I will not be shopping here or recommending this store to anyone else I smoke with, and I can assure you that I am lodging a formal complaint with the Mall and any further authority that can pursue action. read more

Eight of us stopped in on a weekday for cigars after dinner. The walk in Humidor is impressive. But the smoking room is not well ventialated. Not at all. Imagine a thick fog. We smartly left our coats in the car despite the cold weather. But my hair and clothes smelled the next day. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Be aware that there is a motion light after the first door on the way to the bathroom. Women's room needs a hook to hang your purse/jacket. Service was very attentive. Bar is well stocked. read more

Love this place! Great selection, knowledgeable staff and great service. I'm a regular customer and they always have something new for me to try. They even hold a few new cigars for me when they come in if they think I might like them. Khalil is extremely knowledgeable about the business and he can get almost anything you want if it's not in stock (try finding a 1926 series Padron with the double chisel tips!).They also have a shop in Station Square (even nicer than the Robinson store!) which is worth a look. read more
