My experience with vaping was limited to those popular systems advertised on TV, along with a cheap, eGo style battery and tank. After about a half-hour visiting with the folks at McVapour's, I walked out with a very nice setup (iStick 30 watt mod and Aspire Atlantis tank). The employees at McVapour's listened to what I wanted, suggested this tank and battery, and blew my mind. I went from interested in vaping, to being completely addicted to the entire vaping lifestyle. I have since been back, getting set up with an RDA (Mutation X v3) and all the supplies needed to build my own coils thanks to all of the advice and guidance of the awesome staff at this establishment. I purchased a mod yesterday (3/27/23) and was looking at a specific mod (tan leather and shiny…read morechrome) and the young gal was nice and offered another that appeared to be the same but with a matte finish which I would have preferred since matte finishes tend to not look as scratched down the road. Long story short the lighting in the shop played tricks on the eye because it looked matte chrome but when I opened it up at home in good lighting I could clearly see it was not matte chrome but a rose gold colored... not really what a guy like me wants to carry around. I attempted to exchange this mod still being brand new and they wouldn't honor the exchange because "it's a tobacco product". I guess I'm stuck with it because it is "opened" even though it was already opened by the store to put on display, had it come in a sealed package it would be my responsibility to check the package (which clearly shows the color better than even a picture of the device) to make sure it is what I want before opening. So I guess buyer beware but I won't be using their services anymore and would suggest everyone else use due diligence and look around and always look twice especially if a product doesn't come "new" in the box even though you are paying for a new product. BTW I live in the Hutchinson Kansas area but I use a VPN on my home network that's why it says I'm from somewhere else.
