Before we started training with ACE, several people were telling me to "give Puzzle back to the rescue " or "put Puzzle down" because of her behavior and the damage she was doing. It broke my heart because I knew she had it in her to be great - we just needed to learn how to work together. ACE taught us how. Our trainer, Lauren, was exceptional! I'm so thankful that she believed in Puzzle like I did. She changed both our lives! Puzzle is now the best friend I always hoped for and the goodest girl ever!

On the day I was to bring her I called and spoke to a gentleman and told him I would be dropping her off around 4:30. When I arrived shortly before 5:00 and pulled up I was taken aback in how unkept the grounds looked. I got out of my car and saw the office looked dark. I walked into the carport and the house also looked dark. I called the number and no one answered. I left a message that I was there. I hate to say it but I was glad no one was there because of the condition of the place. I left quickly and went to my sisters who lived nearby. No one from gracious kennels called me back. Fortunately my sister knew of another dog boarding place and they had a kennel open for my dog. Like I said the people at Gracious Kennel seemed so nice that I hate to write this negative review.

One of our dogs is very high anxiety when it comes to groomers and they've had no issues with him here, which is amazing. We haven't been able to get his nails trimmed anywhere else because he freaks out too much but the groomers here are magical and get it done each time. It's a bit pricey but worth it to know our dogs are well taken care of. They also come back so handsome each time!

Two Bearded Collies and two Standard Rough Coat collies have received exceptional service and care at Doggy Haven over 14 years. Not only are the grooming results exceptional and consistent , our dogs have always been excited to visit and be greeted by their grooming team! Our current dog, Moxie, needs extra emotional support during the grooming process and they have been kind and gentle with her.... and she still greets them with excitement and approval. Their cat set up is so secure, clean and cozy. I felt zero worry having my little kitten there while I had to go figure out all kinds of stressful things. And the cat report card at the end was adorable. So grateful for Gabi, Kathy and everyone who helped care for my kitten. Will be using them in the future for sure. I really did not want to write this review…read more Our gal is currently in the emergency room with infectious pneumonia, her symptoms started the evening we picked her up from the kennel. Did she catch it there? We do not know, we do know that we did not drop her off sick. We have always enjoyed boarding our dogs here and felt that they were well taken care of every time. When I called to let them know about our girl's hospitalization today, we were treated very coldly and unfortunately had to cancel her next visit and when I asked for our deposit back was told because we were in a 14 day window that they could not refund us, which fine, but please understand, we would have taken her back had she not been sick. A little understanding would have been appreciated. I told someone this facility was worth every penny, but now I regret that because. Cause the phone call felt like a real "screw you"

This is bar far the best cat boarding homes that I have ever seen. My cat is very afraid all of…read morethe time and I was afraid of him sitting in a cage all day just shaking from hearing barking from dogs being boarded. They only take cats and they are never in a cage, they each have a little room, usually with a window and a little tree or something to climb and scratch. Nancy fell in love with my boy Liam and he allowed her to brush him and seemed very happy by all the pictures I got. You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing.
