It's a bit pricey but worth it to know our dogs are well taken care of. They also come back so handsome each time!

We use their van pick up service, and their driver is this amazing women who does such a great job getting all the dogs where they need to go. As a bonus, every December we get a package of photos that are really high quality that show us what our dog has been doing with her favorite doggy friends all week. We've also used Bone-a-Fide for boarding when we go out of town. Our two dogs have always received great care, and we've been able to sign them up for a bath before we get them back so they aren't filthy from playing all week. Our little dog had a medical emergency once while there, and the staff were completely on top of it. They got him cared for, they were texting with me the whole time, and everything worked out great. The staff are super friendly. They are very on top of monitoring our dogs' vaccination status and health reports. They've always been great about anything they need from me or any requests I've had.

The cats can move only vertically on shelves mounted on the wall. They won't take the cats out of the enclosure unless you pay for activities ($10 for 10 minutes). I took my cats back and forfeited the deposit, which is not refundable if cancel less than two weeks in advance. They didn't tell me about that when i booked over the phone, btw.

Before we started training with ACE, several people were telling me to "give Puzzle back to the rescue " or "put Puzzle down" because of her behavior and the damage she was doing. It broke my heart because I knew she had it in her to be great - we just needed to learn how to work together. ACE taught us how. Our trainer, Lauren, was exceptional! I'm so thankful that she believed in Puzzle like I did. She changed both our lives! Puzzle is now the best friend I always hoped for and the goodest girl ever!

After using Tails-A-Waggin Dog & Cat Inn…read moremany times over the last year for both daycare and boarding, my female lab has been left with what appears to be serious PTSD, particularly relating to long objects like sticks. We do not know what happened while she was in their care, but her changed behavior strongly suggests a traumatic incident occurred during her last stay. Before this, we had used them many times in the last year without any issues. Our last experience, however, was unacceptable. Her change in behavior is heartbreaking and our trust in this facility is completely broken. I wish we had paid closer attention to the red flags other customers have noted in reviews, such as injuries and a lack of accountability from management. Like other reviewers, we now believe this facility's quality of care has seriously degraded since July 2025. Do not be fooled by past positive experiences or the assumption that your pet will be fine. I cannot in good conscience recommend Tails-A-Waggin Dog & Cat Inn to anyone. Please consider a different facility for your pet's safety and well-being.
