The instructor gave me exact pointers where I need to work more. In the past, I had a pathetic experience in one of the other driving licensing center. Also, my son was sick, very sick, and we had to pay $89 cancellation fee for his driving lesson. Again, I know there are policies, but when a child is sick there is no grace or compassion. I amount of time I had to take off work to email with issues about accessing the court, or micromanage the course itself is ridiculous. For $800+ accessing zoom should be simple, recording attendance should be easy and if a child is sick, there should be one reschedule that is allowed. I genuinely don't leave bad reviews unless I truly feel as though the service was not acceptable and in this case, I feel this deeply. My drivers ed experience was amazing as a kid. It was empowering and exciting. My kid has had nothing but frustration since enrolling. 0 stars.

On several occasions during her drives, she stated that he yelled at her and slammed on the break while she was driving, she did not feel safe with Sam, your DOL instructor. When there was a scheduling issue on this last Saturday, Sam was extremely disrespectful and abrasive towards me. I felt that I was verbally assaulted. I tried to explain this to the office staff today I was blown off and my concerns where not addressed. My daughter does not deserve to be treated in this manner as she is a very good and respectful student and has done everything that has been asked of her is a respectful manner. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my daughter experience with your driving school and your staff.

My instructor Sean was amazing, great teacher, encouraging all the way through. He made sure everything was fun and I learned a lot. The whole staff were great, and things are well organized to keep it fun and safe. You will switch places with another student in the same car throughout the day, which gives you time to reflect on what you've just been taught, as you watch the other set of students and see how they do on their runs. The day ends with two major sections linked together, which use all the techniques you've learned so far, and makes for a fun course to run down. Wear clothes you don't mind getting muddy, and drink plenty of water, it gets toasty in those cars.

I ran into some issues (payments) and when I contacted him he was approachable and very understanding. - The location. It's a great location to start driving on a moderately busy local road. There's tons of things around (cafe's, grocery, shops, banks, restaurants etc) in case you want to come early or you end up staying afterwards. - After I got my license I was still unsure of some small things which intuitively makes sense to experienced drivers but didn't to me. I could always call back to ask and people were accommodating. I take 2 stars off for the following: - Instructors, there's some great instructors and there's some bad. You will have to try out. With bad I mean a woman who was impatient with me trying to take things slow. She was clearly not in it to teach but to get paid. The good ones were very understanding, funny and patient. Ironically, the good ones are always free to teach early weekend mornings. Just a tip. - Lack of technology, this is a time where technology dominates for everyone's convenience. The system is set up so you can book classes online but not cancel them. Is it done purposefully? I don't know. To cancel you have to call ahead. And you won't always reach anyone so you better cancel much ahead of time. To rely on a person picking up the phone feels a tad archaic. -

Since purchasing the package, she has called weekly trying to schedule the remaining sessions, but the school was consistently unable to provide any appointments. When we finally requested a refund for the services they could not deliver, they refused to issue a refund and claimed they could not guarantee any service would ever be provided. Taking hundreds of dollars upfront, failing to offer availability for months, and refusing to refund unrendered services is completely unacceptable. I had been really frustrated with the lack of appointments at any of the DOL's in Washington State and I was relieved how comparatively easy it was to schedule with the owner, Mr. Gezahegne, Mr. G was patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. I was surprised how much i learned from his feedback on my driving skills. Vision Driving School provides super good value for the quality of training and testing- I wouldn't go anywhere else!
