I dropped the lid to a stain remover down the "lint trap." I thought that was all that needed to be fixed. It turned out to be a much larger project. The amount of lint that was backed up in the wall and flex hose/vent was incredibly dangerous. Mike stayed, working continuously for over two hours. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. He didn't charge over the quoted price even though I thought he should have.
