The technician I had was a very hard worker, but the option of him doing a video before and after the job was never mentioned or given as an option. I assume there is a difference in the cleanliness of the vents but unfortunately I really have no idea. Doing the video before and after gives the customer satisfaction and assurance that a good job was done. I was contacted very promptly by Lowe's and given the opportunity to have someone come out again to do the video and redo the vent cleaning, at no charge,if it was needed. I was very impressed with the customer service regarding my concern and would definitely recommend Lowe's to family and friends. I have lived in my home for 15 years and have had quite a bit of remodeling done. Never had my air ducts in my home cleaned until yesterday. It was a painless process from start to finish! From making my appointment over the phone to the short time that it would take to have the job done. I called a couple other places and they wanted to know how many ducts I had and returns so the could give my a quote. Lowe's quote was different and easy just wanted to know how many hvac units I had! We brought Lowe's Air into our 20 year home because there have been several renovations without air duct cleaning. Juan came on time, wore his shoe booties right away and was extremely courteous and professional. He completed our 3,500+ sq.ft, two-zone colonial in just short of six hours and all vents/returns were cleaned. No spec of dirt fell during this time as all vents were properly sealed while one by one was cleaned. We are extremely happy with the result . Great experience with Lowe's today. I hired them to do an air duct cleaning and clothes dryer vent cleaning and couldn't be happier. The serviceman was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. He was able to fish a camera through the part of the heating system so I could see the build-up of dirt and dust that has accumulated over the years. Called to come early worked out perfect. Was in and out, super nice and efficient, clean, wore shield on his shoes. Explained he was concerned about finding the old cap for the chimney inside the chimney and said I was very lucky that no fires started because It most definitely was a fire hazard because it builds up soot and then blocks air flow.
