But I'm just going to have to deal with it My second gun that I brought there had painted cercoated fde from what I'm hearing from other sources like other gunsmiths that all the parts should have been taken out of the frame and the slide everything should have been stripped out . But that did not happen Parts was left in and was just painted over when I got it back my rear safety palm was not working it was working before I brought it in there he should have removed the whole inside of the internal parts in the frame which was not done just taped over which was a big no no.. He cannot figure it out ti fix he told me he will send it to Springfield Armory for repair . Which would be weeks before I get it back it's already been weeks since he's had it so it'll be a lot longer now . I told him do not send it back don't worry about it I will take it to my other gunsmith so he can fix it the right way cuz they put in my rear safety before which was an aftermarket safety they had no problem doing it . Overall very very bad experience at armadillo arms gunsmith.. I will never take my guns there again ever ever again .. If you decide to go there Seriously seriously think twice about it

I had talked to Dan Marcus the owner of the company and he told me this was how to order it and they had the same guidelines on their website https://defenseballistics.com/. He also said they would send me a receipt that week and the firearms were just getting assembled and would be sent out ASAP. I had heard nothing back so I sent an email asking for a receipt or refund because no one was answering there phones. Stephen Edler the manager emailed me back and said they'd get me the receipt and they don't do refunds (although this was never mentioned before or on the order forms). I finally received my receipt. Since them I have called them every 2 weeks for the last year asking when my product I purchased will be sent and every time they have been saying in about 2 weeks dragging this on. Later I demanded my money back again through email but received no answer. I told them to resolve this issue or give me my money back... They told me to call the owner who again said in 2 weeks... It has been over this time again so I am filing a Small claim to get my money back. I have the emails, receipt company registration info and other information.

Alittle hard to find but definitely a step above most other local locations. Both the says staff and the Gunsmiths are to the point when it comes to inventory and price. I went in with an idea of what I was looking for and they were able to give me many options that fit my requirements and budget. Price wise I saw nothing that seemed unreasonable (especially considering how many other shops in the area were taking advantage of the political situation). The sales staff was able to get me set up with the paperwork relatively easly (first time buying in WA) and their gunsmiths were able to answer questions regarding other projects very quickly. If your in the PNW and looking for a shop, definitely check this shop out.
