We trusted her enough with our care to fly halfway across the country back to Chicago to have her treat us, despite having moved to California and knowing that there are plenty of fertility doctors out here just as reputable. She truly is one-of-a-kind amazing. Our experience while living over 2,000 miles away from the FCI offices in Highland Park were nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Feinberg and her staff made sure that they went out of their way to treat us as if we were living next door. We received phone calls after hours because of the time change and Dr. Feinberg never hesitated to answer any question that we had, regardless of the time of day that we asked it. Our care was coordinated brilliantly, our concerns were handled brilliantly...it was all just great. I truly can't say enough about Dr. Feinberg which is why I came back to Yelp to update the review. If we hadn't already decided that we were going to stop growing our family at two children, I'd consider going back for a third just to be treated with the care and respect of Dr. Feinberg and her staff. She is in a league of her own.

The woman who performed the procedure completed also did it for me in 2022 downtown, and she's competent and efficient. There was no one at this location when I was here in late afternoon--really, the waiting room was totally empty whilst I was here, there was a single receptionist, and I didn't hear anyone else anywhere so it was surprising how quiet it was. I thought I'd try this one because it may be just as close with the added bonus of the the parking being both easier and cheaper. The cheaper part was definitely correct, since I was able to find a free spot on the street. But that took a few drives around the block (don't be fooled by the 15 minute parking spots--though my appointment was quick enough that I may have been able to use one). I also struggled mightily trying to find the place. I could see that there was an outdoor nameplate saying Northwestern Medicine on the corner of the building, but I sure as heck couldn't figure out how to get there. I walked around looking for an elevator since the steps only went to the plaza level, but didn't find any. I even called the office (and got the downtown location, I think) to try and get directions on where to go but finally stumbled upon a lobby for the building across from Harmony Coffee. There's an elevator in the lobby, but if you need an elevator to get to the lobby level I'm not sure you'll find one.

My husband and I had a really good experience with Dr. Klipstein. We came in after not being able…read moreto conceive for a year and her office ran a multitude of tests in an attempts to diagnose the problem. Since there was no clear diagnosis we were told that we were considered unexplained and moved on to IUIs. After several unsuccessful IUIs we prepared for the IVF procedure. The procedure went smoothly and we completed a fresh transfer that resulted in a successful pregnancy. Pros: Quick response time, allows for input and consultations as needed, easy to schedule blood work and practically no wait times in the morning. Cons: Billing department is not always clear about what is due when which can lead to confusion (always double-check!), you are not able to write to a specific nurse so make sure to keep track of everything as all of the nurses are answering your messages and I have gotten conflicting advice before. Overall, hubby and I were pleased with InVia and would go back for a frozen transfer in the future!

My experience with Invia Fertility has been extremely disappointing and heartbreaking. I often felt…read morelike I was a number and a source of revenue rather than a patient going through one of the most emotional and difficult experiences of my life. The communication and patient care were very poor. I frequently had to explain my history and what I needed in almost every message, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. The nurses also frequently appeared unhappy or frustrated, which made an already stressful experience even more difficult. Blood draws were often unnecessarily painful, and I had multiple negative experiences with different nurses. The most devastating issue involved my husband's frozen sperm. My husband previously had testicular cancer, and the sperm samples stored at the clinic represented the only sperm we had available. Despite this extremely important information being in our medical history, all of his stored sperm samples were used without us being properly informed. We now have no sperm remaining. This is something we can never get back, and the fact that we were not adequately informed and that our file apparently was not properly reviewed is incredibly difficult to accept. We retrieved 18 eggs and used 7 of my husband's sperm samples and ultimately ended up with only one embryo. We paid for PGT testing. The result came back stating that no DNA was detected. After the embryo transfer, I unfortunately suffered a miscarriage. To determine whether the embryo had a chromosomal abnormality, we needed genetic testing on the sample collected after the miscarriage. This became another extremely frustrating experience. The order for the genetic testing was apparently never properly sent to the laboratory/clinic. My sample was stored for weeks without the testing being completed, and I had to repeatedly follow up with the clinic and with Dr. Karande to find out what was happening. I contacted them several times trying to get answers, while feeling like I was once again having to fight to get someone to take care of something that should have been handled properly from the beginning. Almost two months later, we finally received the results. The results showed Trisomy 15. This was devastating. We were originally told that the PGT result was "no DNA detected," and yet we ultimately learned through testing of the miscarriage tissue that the embryo had Trisomy 15. Had the appropriate genetic testing been properly completed in the first place, we could have had important information about the embryo before proceeding. Patients deserve careful attention to their medical history, clear communication, transparency about what is happening with their eggs, sperm, embryos, and testing, accurate testing, and compassionate follow-up. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering fertility treatment to do extensive research and consider other clinics before choosing Invia Fertility. If I could go back and make the decision again, I would choose another clinic. I wish I had known then what I know now.

Given her expertise with the procedure, she was able to give me on-demand advice and help me stay positive throughout the process. I would recommend Tiffany to anyone and everyone going through IVF and/or Egg Freezing. She eliminates the stress associated with injections and is a key source of support! It's so nice to have a service like this available - I can't recommend Smith Fertility enough.

We tried the Clomid cycle with the Hcg injection and scheduled intercourse twice. We wanted to start with medications first. We worked with Dr. Catenacci and her team of nurses. The nurses and secretary were always friendly and there to help. The first cycle I miscarried at around 6 weeks and the second was a successful pregnancy. We just welcomed our healthy little boy this past February. This is a great clinic, a bit hidden from the other places in Chicago, a gem. I've seen Dr Rodgers and was able to get pregnant and have my first child which is great. However, I'm not sure is it because she is seeing many patients and on social media like tik tok but she does not seem to have a great memory. Every time I come in to see her she doesn't remember things that I told her the last visit and I think she almost gave me the wrong treatment plan once. Also, she doesn't seem interpersonal and or have much empathy because I got pregnant with twins but lost one and she seemed to just pretty much brush it off even though I was pretty devastated. Another thing is that I've developed hypertension and hypothyroidism from the treatment but she doesn't seem concern and just tell me to follow up with my primary care doctor for my blood pressure. I also get a lot of side effects like nausea and vomit from one cycle too and she didn't even seem to care when I've brought it up. Her office visits always seem so brief and I don't understand half the time what she told me because she talked too fast for me to understand and not really explaining the whole process for me. I feel like she thinks that I know how Ivf works and this isn't my first time but it was and I was so clueless. I just wish that she and the nurses would summarize the whole process for me in the beginning and go over step by step the process so I can get a good understanding. A lot of times I would have to google the answers to my questions l and research the treatment. If I'm going back to get another child, I'll probably try a diff doctor.
