He gave me a thorough quote over email. On the morning of the cleaning he and the owner of the company were there early and walked me through what they'd be doing. They also recommended some additional things they could cover while here at reasonable rates. Kyle communicated with me daily on progress and walked everything with me a few times before they completed to ensure they weren't missing anything. After they completed I found a few spots that got missed and they addressed them right away. The floors were still dirty in multiple rooms (walked barefoot to test, -- they must have pushed the dirt around. It's like they barely swept, let alone mopped. They came back a second time to mop the kitchen floors AGAIN, when I mentioned it was STILL dirty. Additionally , they didn't even touch the dresser surfaces in the bedroom, which still had visible marks, I wiped it down, so they must have only dusted. She also left things from the floor that were dusty in my daughter's crib! so I had to wash all of her bedding. I paid for a full service, but now I'm stuck calling another cleaning crew just to fix what should've been done right the first time. Disappointing and frustrating.
