In July, I noticed a withdrawal from "car wash". - JUST "CAR WASH" I called the phone number to find out who "car wash" was. I went that day and the ladies remembered me... ( maybe they don't have a huge clientele in wheelchairs) I went through all their hoops to be reimbursed for 4 months. I figured that it wouldn't be a problem, as I didnt use their services after the day I canceled. ( They didn't cancel my membership) I was told by Tonya through email that it wasn't their fault they didn't cancel the membership when I personally went in & was told it was canceled. They refused to make it right but did refund 1/2 of what they owed me. I was seriously thinking about opening my membership again...just because the ladies in the on site office were so awesome... BUT if this is how they do business, I don't want any part of them. If you do business with Take 5 in Munford, BEWARE. Corporate is DIRTY. UPDATE: "Owner" left a comment on my Google review requesting I call a number... After many attempts, I finally got a person to talk to. This person "passed me up the line to someone who has the authority to correct this". I got another email from Tonya. Still claiming it was my fault they didn't cancel my membership. This is my favorite car wash to go through, mainly because of the lights. I find that there is a…read morelittle dirt left in the crevice around my license plate, but other than that, my car gets pretty clean. The attendants touch the screen and swipe your card for you so you don't have to reach out of your car. Super helpful for short people like me. They also provide free towels. I haven't used their vacuums yet, but I'm sure they're fine. I'll update my review if they don't work well for me.

There have been numerous times that the car wash's has been temporarily closed throughout the day, on top of the continuous issue with their vacuum system. I decided to call customer service to inquire and complain about the issues we have. The manager Maddie decided to call me back with the utmost disrespect, to tell me how WRONG I was when I filed my complaint. After I attempted to explain myself, she continues to tell me how wrong I was and the conversation ended with me telling her to cancel my membership and she HUNG UP. I hope the rest of Oakland speaks up.

A scale from 1 to 10 this place is a three and that's being generous... Their automated pay machine when you arrive is not that intuitive or friendly... the price is high and the service is low they've got one guy on the scrub brush. The suction on the vacuum is free but I wouldn't pay a dime for that sucking action because it sucks it's very low very low... I arrived here in February and I went to this car wash USA and now I'm back again after 7 months... it's terrible!

I ended up just having to cancel my credit card. I was trapped for three months of them charging me while trying to resolve issues with people who have no clue what they're doing, and employees at some locations were clearly stoned. Completely ghetto. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Several empty glass cleaner bottles.. -Staff not Guest service focused. -Membership cancelation was not a pleasant process.
