I called to say I was interested in making an appointment to have a basic will made and I was informed that I must attend one of their "seminars". I informed the person answering the telephone (374-5210) that I am an extremely busy working professional and I can't attend their seminar - I know what I need, and that is a basic will. I was then redirected that the seminar is the only way to do this and we "prefer" you do it t his way. I asked for a callback from an attorney or paralegal, and I was asked for my details and assured I would receive a call. I never did. Unclear if she passed along my information. Summary: I interpret this as "we want as much of your money as possible and insist you sit through our sales pitch". I won't use The Law Office of Michael Robinson, PC on principle after this interaction. I apologize I cannot rate the professional services first-hand becuause they prevented me from doing so.
