He scheduled me with Paige for the next day. I have to say that she gave me the best cut I think I've ever had, plus she's a great personality and it was an enjoyable time. Since then, several days later, my hair has still maintained the style she gave me, which means to me; a great cut. It was so bad I walked out shocked and had to process. Sweet girl but zero knowledge. I said "my feet & nail cuticles really need work . No polish just attention. On my feet, no soaking, no scrub, (put a mask on for about 3 min which did nothing), used a grater for 60 seconds, basically just polished my nails. Not sure of breakdown but the total for both was $75.00!!!! On nails, I asked for clean up and buffing. Again no soaking for the cuticles, no polish and she had no idea what buffing meant. I tried to describe and she said she had no idea. When I questioned she said "we don't do spa mani/pedis. Icing on the cake, No massage chairs, just precarious climb to a chair on a pedestal. Not a second of massage Whole process was maybe 30-40 min max. I felt so ripped off and shocked when I left. I have literally had hundreds mani/pedis over the years in many, many cities. She and her MA carefully observed and charted all of my moles. I have had several skin cancers and have to get regular checks. Samantha and her MA, Cherish, made me feel at ease right away. North Bend Medical Center screens all patients at the door and does temperature checks. They practice excellent COVID-19 sanitation and distancing upon check-in. Samantha Deckers office is on the third floor and honestly it has more of a spa feeling than a doctors office. The rooms are immaculate and freshly sanitized. The gowns and linens were pristine. The floors were sparking clean. I am a germaphobe so I notice the details especially during the pandemic. Samantha is the first medical professional I have seen in over a year but I was instantly at ease. All of the staff is vaccinated and that was reassuring. Next I am going to get some cosmetic fillers done. I also got started on their top of the line sunscreen, vitamin C serum and skincare routine. I highly recommend Samantha Decker, you will love her!

She used just the right settings to get those hairs but not so much that it scarred. I'm super happy with the results. I tried laser, epilators, tweezers, waxing, and just kept plucking.
