I have left 6 messages and 2 requests for referrals. All I hear is crickets, no responses from the office at all. Their operation is what they used to call a "Charlie Foxtrot, CF" in the military. If you don't know what that means google it. I have reported them to my insurance company and will be requesting a new primary doctor. I like the doctor but obviously there is no office management. The last time I was there I witnessed one of the office staff put a patient on hold, pick her nails, talk with the other office staff and me about what a pain, "these patients are", she went to the bathroom, got a drink and socialize for like 5 minutes with all of us. Then get back on the phone and tell the patient to call their insurance, that she couldn't help them. She never discussed anything about the patient's conversation with the nurses or any other staff. She put the person on hold for 5 minutes to tell them to go somewhere else. Obviously, no office management or sense of urgency for that patient. I should have known then that this office staff had no compassion for patients or proper supervision. I was in the military for 32 years and management for over 40 years and this staff is unacceptable. Like I said the doctor is great, but the staff is terrible. I would be glad to come and straighten out this office at no charge, but I will tell you the staff would all be gone. While the doctor is great there is an old saying in business, " the pace of the leader determines the speed of the team". Like I said it is more than obvious that this staff does not have proper management or structure.
