I've come to appreciate Puma more and more. Their shoes are just more comfortable to me. However, the customer service can be hit or miss when you show up to one of their stores. I came in here to look for a pair of shoes to add to my collection. Admittedly I knew this store wasn't going to have an abundance to look over. This is in an outlet mall, and the sections in this store were lopsided. More selection for women than men. I browsed up and down the few aisles they had until I spied what I was looking for. No one around to help me to ask where this type of shoe would have been in the store. I was on a scavenger hunt essentially. Found them, saw a style I liked, and tried them on. Once I decided these were what I wanted, I headed to the register. This is where I had my only interaction with an employee. I come to AC all the time since I live so close (Philly.) I never thought I'd be writing a review for a clothing store but knew I had to once I experienced the kind & thoughtful employees that worked at this location. 2.5 weeks ago I was shopping in their store and lost my debit card. My brother in law, who happens to be in the neighborhood all the time, offered to pick my card up for me. I called the store and asked if it was possible. They just didn't hand him my debit card, they put it in a gift card envelope with a cute note. I thought that this tiny little act of kindness was EVERYTHING! It made my day :-) thank you to the puma employees for keeping my card and numbers safe!! read more

Absolutely love this store. This outlet mall is set up different but it works well. The Puma store always has amazing deals and it's super clean. The staff is nice and they have a nice selection. I always stop in when I'm in the area. They have variety for women and men. Lots of sizes and the accessories are plentiful. Merchandise is good with nice discounts. However, the staff is constantly complaining with one another instead of helping customers. The cashier and other employee were loudly talking in front of me while I was making a purchase, about how annoyed they are with policies and having to work shifts and going into detail about what pisses them off. Staff needs better training, because I couldn't wait to leave the store from this negativity. read more
