Went to get a cape in the morning before work , I kindly told the employee that I was there to get a vape but I couldn't see the flavors because how far back they were, I asked her if they had a list of flavors or if she could read them off as people are not allowed behind the counter the older woman who was serving me Rudely said I'm not putting on my glasses they are 600$ and I'm not putting them on right now to read you flavors so if you don't know what you want and where it is I'm not able to help you.... Like excuse me isn't this your damn job?? Other than this one lady usually the younger employees even though they chit chat and take their sweet time sometimes are very polite and helpful also even though all three my kids can be a lot they are very helpful, kind and nice! read more

pretty bad deli/burgers - the vibe and atmosphere has gotten pretty sketchy over the years. The ice cream is fine but nothing ever seems or looks clean or friendly or sanitary. Very disappointing. I would go to nearly any other ice cream place before this one. read more

And next door is the Legedairy ice cream stand and out in front , more gas pumps than the need to keep you from waiting to fill your tank. A great summer idea - order hoagies or burgers or salad at the Deli in the pump, dine outdoors at the picnic tables. The hoagies are amazing in size and taste. Then top it off with a huge ice cream cone or other ice cream concoction. Grocery and gas prices are higher than major supermarkets, as you'd expect. I love this place. It is very convenient, the prices are good, and they have a nice selection of products. However, earlier this week I was appalled to see that not one single employee I came across was wearing gloves or a mask. In fact, one employee was joking about coughing on people who did wear masks. Come on people, this virus is real and we all have to work together to try and keep people safe. Actually stopped going there awhile ago.Most staff were not friendly,but it was convenient .when my handicapped son was with me, employees were incredibly rude .and making fun of him.when I went to check out I started to relate this and my son begged me not say anything .who is it ?was it her ,her ?.therefore the shift manager knew the problem and didn't react to anything. Deli, this is a recommendation and criticism. I love the sandwiches but the gave a policy that they can not slide all the cheese to one side and the tomato to the other side. Only deli that has that rule. read more

They have the best and biggest creemee stand I've ever seen in Vermont! Important to note they have a nice flavorburst selection because it's hard to come by in the area .... kind of in the middle of nowhere but worth it for their huge selection of ice cream! read more

I was wondering if anyone has noticed a decline in the food quality and service at the P&P recently ? The last time I ordered food, the fries were stale, the chicken was so chewy I couldn't swallow it, and the service was horrible. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Ever since their big renovation, Pump and Pantry has really become the one stop shop for everything you could need in the area. Their has prices are competitive and there's rarely a wait and most of the staff is very quick and friendly. They carry everything from cut cold meats and cheese to snacks, soda, and fruit. They also have a little cafe where you can get a quick lunch made fresh just for you! If you like a good grinder packed with meat and at a super good price, this is the place for you. They also have an ice cream bar open during spring and summer that has every flavor and variety under the sun. The line tends to be long, but it's well worth the wait (just be careful because they're portions are MUCH bigger than you'd expect) Overall, Pump and Pantry really is a great place to stop. Normally I would say great but i went there today and I bought a bunch of stuff and I got home and the cigarettes were missing they never give u a receipt so they said well someone must have picked them up when you left oops sorry. Rude i paid almost 10$ and they aren't giving me back the cigarettes I paid for and they didn't put in the bag its not like its just a dollar or something its almost 10$ read more
