The NP is really great, I like her very much. I had lithotripsy on a kidney stone and Dr Hey Jr…read moredid his job and broke the stone up. no complaints with care or medical professionalism. However, the procedure scheduling department did not get all the right insurance pre-approvals ahead of time for the lithotripsy, and the insurance refused them payment. They were apparently completely unaware that they needed a Site Approval. I would think these things are all spelled out in their provider network contracts with the insurers. And my insurance company is one of the most common. So they balanced billed me the total cost of the procedure, although my insurance company EOB's said I was not responsible. However, you do sign consent forms before getting any treatment, and the billing office said because I signed forms I was responsible for the full amount. Now my husband has had two rounds of cancer, so this is not our first rodeo with medical billing. So we went to Aenta and had to do all the legwork on behalf of the doctor office billing department to get this straighted out. And honestly, I think if we were less educated in our rights or less able to communicate well with the system, we would probably just accepted responsibility because the pushy condescending office manager told us we signed a contract. I am becoming more and more passionate about patient rights, so I wanted to write this review to warn others. Be careful when you schedule procedures with them, ask to see the approvals in writing, call your insurance company ahead of time to be 100% sure everything is set to go or you might end up cleaning up their mess.

My primary care provider referred me to this clinic. I first met Dr. Bailey on May 21, 2025, and…read morebrought my recent blood report dated July 21, 2025. He explained my PSA results, he did poke me rear and did whatever needed and although he found nothing concerning, he suggested a follow-up appointment after three months as a precaution. FAIR. I returned on August 27, and they drew blood for another PSA test. I began receiving repeated text reminders to schedule an appointment. On August 29, I called and spoke with Shree, requesting a copy of my test results so I could review them myself and be prepared for the appointment. She firmly stated that they do not provide reports. I explained that since I am paying for the test, I should be entitled to the results. Her response was that it was simply "not their policy." I called again on September 2 with the same request and received the same answer. While the doctors at this facility may be competent, I believe their policy is designed to keep patients coming back unnecessarily, like a revolving door, in order to maximize revenue. This leaves the impression that patients are being treated more as a source of income than as individuals receiving care. PATIENTS IN THIS FACILITY ARE USED AS MILKING COWS.

The staff is rude, insulting and difficult to interact with. This has been my experience anytime I've interacted with them in person or on the phone. On numerous occasions I've witnessed other patients treated the same way. I will find a new doctor for these reasons.
