He came out 4/16/20 and pumped my 1k gallon septic tank and…read moreinstalled two risers for $575 He never installed the base adapter over my square tank opening to install the circle riser So surface water was able to enter when it rained. He used a base of plastic garbage bag and 1 bag of concrete for both sides which was inadequate. I called him back a few days later because both sides was filled to capacity. He told me it was bacause my field lines has failed and that the tank filled up due to water coming from my home. Which is crap because it did rain the day after install and we could never use 1k gallons of water in space of a few days and does not reflect on my water bill either. Also the main reason he came back was because we could not remove the riser tops because he got concrete in the screws in which he wasn't able to remove either. The solution he offered me was that we could bail the water out ourselves into the empty lot next to our home and he can replace the feild lines for $6k. Damn crook! And terrible customer service I called another company who came out and pumped my tank again and pressure jetted my lines and said that it was only a clog in my field line and there is no failure and if it was it would be $3500 to change my field lines Look at God!
