My son had amazing teachers who made the transition into daycare so much smoother. Eventually after bringing the new director in, we noticed tons of changes and not for the better. There was no communication with parents, constantly changing staff with no notification to parents whatsoever. After the new director flat out lied to my face about something that happened with my child, we decided to look for other options. The owner had great ideas in the beginning, but isn't there enough to know what's actually going on. I didn't feel comfortable with the fact that there were so many new people around my child. I had no idea who would be there when I dropped him off in the morning. I would not recommend Treehouse to any of my friends or family members.

When I heard they were transitioning to a daycare, I was very excited. My daughter goes 3 days a week now and LOVES it! Actually, she doesn't want to leave! If it were up to her, she'd go every day! The classroom is fun, engaging, clean, well-organized and all the staff is very nurturing. Hannah is very caring, she is a great teacher and director. She has an excellent staff. I am so grateful for the personal and sincere care that my daughter receives at Hannah's World. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for truly exceptional childcare.

The staff is so kind and caring and treat each child as their own. We love each teacher and have grown to become great friends with each one of them. The admin staff work extremely hard to provide the best in childcare, Hannah herself is dedicated to fundraising to add staff and amenities so that each child can enjoy their time at daycare even more. Their communication is top notch, especially throughout the coronovirus pandemic, I've always felt informed about what was going on with the school and how they're making changes to keep everyone safe. I could go on and on, but if you're wanting a daycare who will love your children as much as you do then look no further than Hannah's World.

I was one of the lucky ones that got out before my child went to Marble Falls ISD. The facility stinks, (literally), the carpet is disgusting. My child's socks were BLACK when I picked them up. Sometimes the facility didn't have enough food to feed the kids! I'm sorry, but pizza and pudding is NOT a balanced lunch. The director is NEVER there nor does she know (or care) about the education the children are learning. The few times she is there, I've found her to be rude, hateful, a gossip (don't tell her anything you don't want anyone else to know about), a liar, (I could go on, but I won't). A "turn style" should be installed since so many teachers/staff go through there. How is that helping the education of our kids when the turn over is through the roof. If you'd like to have someone literally get in your car and move it, park it out front...the director will move it...I'm not kidding! Seriously, please look elsewhere to send your children. Hill Country Learning Center is NOT the place.

TERRIBLE CHILD CARE!! I will be putting this review out on…read moreevery site possible. I will start from the beginning. Mind u, I only sent her here for 1 month. First she would come home with her sippy cup fermented with the same juice she went with at 8 am. Called and voiced my concern so they just stopped using her cup period and using their own. She started coming home starving , wanting to eat everything. Thought maybe a growth spurt. Continues , so I call ( this was my blow up call the day before I pulled her out, we will get there) they tell me they will send me the menu so I see what she eats , this menu was a joke, breakfast, lunch and a snack at 2:30.. This is a daycare that stays open till 6pm! If I could post a pic I would ! Literally the bare minimum ! We started noticing absolutely no interaction with children when we drop off or pick up, lady just sits n the chair looking like she hates her job . my husband even witnessed 2 toddlers from outside the window when he pulled in to pick her up, fighting over a toy, the little boy takes the toy from the girl leaves her crying, the lady turns and looks and just ignores it!!! WOW! Okay my daughter is 2 and completely potty trained, she started coming home with #2 accidents and had to be changed about 3 times while attending here, and even poop stains n her panties.. I now very concerned because this does NOT happen at home.. I call , this is the last call I made... I ask them their policy on potty time for potty trained toddlers.. She replies " we take them and set them on the toilet every 30-45 minutes", now if this were the case I promise my daughter wouldn't have a problem with accidents.. I then ask okay so who wipes her .. She straight up told me they let her wipe herself.. OMG SHE IS 2!!!!! so my daughter has been walking around with a soiled behind because u didn't take the time to wipe her properly, potty trained or not , you don't let a 2 yr old brush their own teeth or bathe themselves , u go behind them and do it thoroughly . when I got upset about that she tried to come back with the excuse that some parents have concerns for sexual abuse .. WTH!!!! SO YOUR TELLING ME YOU CAN CHANGE THEIR DIAPER UNTIL THEY ARE POTTY TRAINED CAUSE THEN THERE IS CONCERN OF MOLESTATION!!? WOW ! Never in my life! I have 3 children and they have all been n daycare and never have I experienced anything like this on my life!!! I will be reporting this daycare

Reading through some of the reviews I found common ground with almost all -- Good and bad reviews. I found Mark & especially Mark Jr very affable but when it came to getting the work done...not so much. We dug profile holes and worked with their recommended designer and got the Septic Design plan back on 9/24/2022. I Got their quote the end of September 2022, accepted their bid on 10/10/2022 and requested a start date and completion time on the contract. They stated a Start date of 10/20/2022 and done in 2-3 weeks. Sounds good...Right?? Well... They did not start on 10/20 nor was it done in 2-3 weeks. I told mark I wanted to be out of the rental we were in and in to the new property by the end of November to avoid paying another months rent and a working septic system was the only thing holding us back. NO such luck. After paying an Extra Months Rent for the Rental, We moved in to the property on 12/9/2022 with Tanks in the ground and hooked to the house but no leach field. "Go a head and move in and we will pump it if we have to" was their response. On 12/24/2022 (Yes Christmas eve 2 months after the start date) the septic tank was in and working but still no leach field, not covered or inspected as required. I wrote an email requesting a status update as when they might be able to finish the system. Admittedly there were some weather delays, and Christmas and New Years holidays. Given that, we still had to make a bunch of phone calls and text messages to get them out to finish our project. The project is just now getting finished the weekending March 10, 2023 more than 5 (Five) Months. All work is done but still waiting for inspections. The Work they perform appears to be good work when they do show up, but getting their attention and getting them to finish was exhausting. I would really like to give them a good review but this experience dictates that they need to do Much Much better. They came by to pick up the final payment with out a Thank You or even acknowledging the payment was made, which most of us would call "Common courtesy" or Good Business relations unfortunately they missed the boat once again! I would give 4-5 stars based on the work actually done, but 1 star based on My level of effort to get them out to complete the work....Thus 2 stars overall is the best I could muster.
