We selected Bulwark when Nickolas S. dropped by while he was doing door to door quotes for our new neighborhood. He saw we had fire ants in the front yard. Nicholas had great customer service and we selected a quarterly plan for 1 year contract which would address ants, scorpions crickets, wasp nests, etc. We were informed that it was family & pet friendly treatment,since we have kids and pets that was important. Within less than hours I had 2 service techs at our house Jacob S.and Caleb R. Both were pleasant and courteous and went over my contract with me again. They treated the inside of the house and the outside, gave me contact information if I have any follow up needs or if I see any pests in the interim of my next service. I was also assured that the back your treatment well and take care of any ticks or fleas which makes me happy as a dog owner! I'll be grateful to be rid of fire ants in any of the spiders or other creepy crawlers that I know exist in my neighborhood that I'm not used to like black widows or brown recluse. Bulwark has been amazing to work with. It began with me stating my concerns and problem areas and Bulwark was able to create a custom treatment plan and fit me onto the schedule quickly; they even accommodated a Saturday time. I just switched from a different pest control service provider and have been blown away by the Bulwark customer service, not to mention the kindness and care that our technician, Ethan W., showed us during our scheduled service. Ethan gave us a heads up when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He listened to our concerns and was sure to address every area. He was so nice and not at all dismissive about any of our concerns. When he was finished, he debriefed on everything he had done. If I could give Ethan more than 5 stars, I would. His customer service was above and beyond. Bulwark just treated for the first time today, so we are still TBD on effectiveness. Bulwark has always been there for us... for our regular treatments as well as any "extra" issues that may have come up. I am always impressed with their technicians - but this last time, Xavier S. was incredible! I pulled up as he was just about to leave. He stayed and explained what he had done. Coincidentally, that morning, I had found a baby snake in my garage - he didn't hesitate when I asked him if he could help me remove it (ewwww)! Even went the extra mile to help me with carrying a heavy box that needed to get moved into the garage... took him all of 30 seconds but he didn't hesitate when I asked for his help. Very professional and super courteous. Bulwark has helped me fight those annoying fruit flies, assisted us with catching mice, fire ants, etc. When I need anything outside of my regular maintenance, I know I can count on them to come as soon as they can and I am confident they will get the problem resolved. I've been using Bulwark Exterminating since 2013 & they never disappoint. My usual technician Sean Johnson is always punctual, friendly & polite, but also knowledgeable, thorough & professional. I also need to thank him & apologize for the 2 times I wasn't home & forgot to secure my dogs inside. He was kind enough to graciously reschedule me without blame. ‍ I know his time valuable too. My recent treatment was administered by Marco Elias & he was also a pleasure to meet! He too was excellent like Sean J. Not being familiar with him, I was more attentive to his performance & I was pleasantly surprised. We live in Georgetown in a 1930 pier and beam house. When we first moved in, the house was in need of repair and we had a terrible problem with ants, termites, roaches and other critters. We call Bulwark and Tim O arrived and spent a good time listening to our needs and walking the house to see each problem area. He then treated each issue as needed and was very professional and also a super nice guy. After his visit, each issue was fixed which transformed the house and reduced the pests to just about zero. Each subsequent visit, he was on time and after we chatted he diligently performed his magic each time. Pests are now very few and far between, and should we find a new issue, like a new hornets nest, he's always happy to make a special trip to fix it. I have had a recurring pest service with Bulwark for the last almost 7 years. They have always been super responsive and on time, they are always available via phone and they have the most professional techs I could have asked for. My regular tech is Tevin Haynes, who is awesome, very polite and always on-time and communicates when in the window he'll be arriving. Today, I saw a mouse, and immediately called Customer Service to see when someone could come out to put down traps. Not only did they get me on the schedule asap, they scheduled me for only a couple hours after my phone call. Justen Nunez called and asked if he could come by early since he'd had a cancellation. He was extremely professional and polite, dealt with my multitude of questions and my rambunctious dogs and was in and out within about 30 mins. Tim has been our exterminator for many years and unless he's not available, we want no other person, just because he had become our friend as well. We just moved to the country. We have been exposed to so many different types of bugs and critters...it's eye opening (in a bad way). We transferred our Bulwark service from the suburbs. Before arriving to our house, the technician, Michael Wade, texted to let us know he was 15 minutes away. That was great because it gave us time to bring our dogs in. Let's be honest I hate writing reviews about as much as I hate this ridiculous ant problem we have been having. I literally just fired my other pest control company as they had the worst service ever and I was seeing no changes. With a newborn in the house I was not a fan. Today Lavell came to the house and it was literally night and day from the other company! He was super professional, kept my husband informed of everything, sent us texts and pictures, and most of all clean/thorough. They even took them to listen to the problems, give suggestions (for the future) and rid our home of anything they could see. To say I was impressed is a understatement. After almost 5 years in my home completely pest-free, my luck ran out. I called Bulwark because I'd had experience with them where I used to work. I was always impressed. I've now had the initial treatment. Very professional and did a great job. However, they warned that I might need another treatment (free) before my next service date. And, they were right! I contacted Bulwark and Mike Wade came over to retreat. Mike was also very professional. In addition, he explained what he was doing and why. That helped me better understand what had happened (where those critters came from all of a sudden) and what I could expect going forward while we get this initial infestation wiped out. I've been a Bulwark customer for two years and I highly recommend signing up for their bi monthly visits. Their service is worth every penny. I found them when I signed a lease and discovered my empty apartment was infested with german roaches. What was a nightmare situation was turned around and handled with an effective strategy. We were unfortunately having trouble with scorpions in our house in Leander, TX. Bulwark is always so great about coming out for extra treatments outside our regular maintenance schedule and this was no exception. I got a next day appointment despite my calling on Friday. Adam texted before arrival and was super nice and understanding of our overly friendly dog making him her new best friend. He did a thorough inside perimeter treatment as well as re-establishing our outside perimeter barrier (his explanation obviously!) He also was nice enough to inspect our window caulking at our most problematic rooms and let us know we had some thin spots that may be the reason for extra critters. I had several insect issues going on around my house including granddaddy long leg spiders and webs & cockroaches/water bugs. The Grandaddy long legs seem to have found a new home as I haven't seen them in months. The other small bugs here and there are kept away with the hard work for Bulwark and my consultant Gustavo. He is very kind and listens to my problems & then decides on the best places to address barrier issues in the treatment. I have been able to give Bulwark a call anytime I need an additional treatment if I see bugs between my normal treatments, this is not often but once a year or so in the rainy seasons sometimes I do have to ask for a re-treatment earlier than my normal schedule. After much debate and years of dealing with Texas roaches I decided to use an extermination service. I looked up reviews, best practices and safety for my pets and decided to try Bulwark. They are flexible with scheduling, and always call with reminders. Their field staff is excellent. If they have to come in the house they always remove their shoes and are quick to complete the work. Live in Dripping Springs. Trey Thomas has been our Bulwark guy for years now. He is very, very careful about making sure out gate is closed so the dogs can't get loose. This is the number one most important thing to me, and he knows it, and always assures that he won't forget. Also, we appreciate the advance notice a couple of days prior to our appointment, and again just before he arrives. This is a consistent part of the service, and is quite helpful because we know when to lock the dogs in the house. This level of customer service is so genuinely appreciated, not to mention the fact that we have not had a bug problem in forever. We'll continue using Bulwark as long as they'll continue serving us.
