I had a situation where my alarm went off on my grinder pump (not a good thing) if you know what a grinder pump's responsibility is. I called Rhea plumbing (they did the entire plumbing install on my new home construction) and they had a crew in route within 10 minutes! Kenny's office staff (Katie and Jamie) were knowledgable and courteous. His service technicians were excellent, knew their stuff and wasted no time once on site (important @ $175/hr). They had me up and "pumping" in 1 3/4 hrs. But there was still an electrical issue with the floats sending signals improperly to the pump. Kenny personally came out to diagnose the issue and correct it. That's two trip charges which he waived both! Bottom line - it's debatable that this issue would be considered warranty work since its two years after the initial install, that made no difference to Kenny - he wanted me happy and satisfied and waived all charges! INEXPERIENCED TECHICIANS THAT WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE END!…read more I called them to come assess our washing machine, hoping to fix it or identify the issue in order to avoid buying a new unit after moving into a new home. The technician arrived and advised me to replace some bolts which should fix the pro lem. If not then purchasing a new unit would be the next step. We did as advised and it still didn't work- forcing us to buy a new washing machine. After purchasing and installing the new unit- we discovered the bolts he advised us to replace were in fact the shipping bolts. I would hope that a technician coming to assess a piece of equipment, given the model number/year of the machine in advance would be able to identify what SHIPPING BOLTS were. After explaining this to the manager they refused to refund the $50 fee for the error on his technicians part. Your better off going on YouTube to find a solution rather than calling their inexperienced technicians. The manager blamed us for the mistake in the end which only made the situation worse.
