In August 2022 I was in a major car accident. I spent a year in hospitals, acute care facilities, surgeries, and finally a nursing home to recover. In August 2023 I was discharged from the nursing home. I assumed that I would go back to my wonderful doctor Saddiq. However, when I tried to make an appointment, I was informed by his Office manager (wife) that my physician no longer wanted to be my physician and that they had a staff meeting about me to make this decision. Evidently they felt my case was too complicated for the physician to handle. This left me in a very confused and upset position as I was now being discharged from the nursing home with no trusted physician to care for me outpatient. I have now been home a year. The transition has been exceedingly difficult because instead of working with a trusted physician who I knew well, I have had to use the nursing home physician who practices 3 cities away from where I live. Not a great time to be shopping around for a long term physitian and specialists. This has been a profound challenge, adjusting to being home as a new paraplegic who needs continued care. I have tried talking with the office staff at this office to see if we could mediate whatever the concerns were that they had. I have felt like the treatment from their front office and the silence from Dr. Saddiq himself has been less than kind this last year. I thought long and hard before writing this review, but in light of the way that I have been treated in the last attempts to discuss this with them I came to the conclusion that this review is long overdue. I find myself wondering what happened to the wonderful physician that I used to work with in this office? What did I do wrong? In full disclosure, I would've been a bit of a project when I first came out of the nursing home. I need orders for durable medical equipment, changes in medication, help withdrawing from pain meds. And home health care. I did it all successfully alone. And in May of this year I weaned myself off pain meds with no help from doctors. While I wish no ill will on this staff and I forgive them, I still feel hurt that I was left to fend for myself, deal w a broken Insurance and medical system and lost a great doctor I trusted as I recovered.

Had my left hip done was amazing had to change insurance but made sure Dr Nestorovski was covered by my new insurance to do my right hip. There would have been no one else I would have felt comfortable and confident to do my right hip. Both had excellent results. He checked on me in the hospital every day I had a blood complication that had nothing to do with my surgery and even called me a couple of times at home to see how I was doing. Miss day morning I called first thing after finding Dr. Malinick on yelp, the staff was very helpful and were able to accommodate us same day. The young lady I spoke with went above and beyond to help us. We waited about 30 min but that was to be expected since we were squeezed in at the last minute. Once We saw the doctor my 10 year old was immediately comforted. What a stark contrast from the Urgent Care doctor. His bedside manner was kind and gentle. He explained the process and possible outcomes in a way that my son could understand. I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Malinick's practice. I highly recommend him and his practice.

And when in there couldn't justify removing it as it was healthy looking. He did find two irritated nerves pinched in a hole and made the hole bigger. It worked and the disc was saved.
