Occasionally they will offer to make them but note that it takes "15 minutes." Usually they don't even offer to do that unless I ask them. I get the feeling that they don't want to make them. My question for you guys is - why? Is there something difficult or irritating in particular about the way you bake them? My assumption is that it's a hassle for employees in some way so they aren't keen to make them. It's never an issue at many other locations!
