When I was told this, I thought they meant that oat milk does not foam 'well'. I was mistaken. I received a drink which had no foam. The quality is comparable to a latte which has been microwaved for a warm-up after 40 minutes: Flat. Dull. Disappointing. What happened to the froth? The effervescence? The reason I don't make coffee myself and just add creamer is because I feel the quality of a latte or cappuccino from a coffee shop is worth more than any money I would save making a subpar coffee at home. I love this coffee shop, but I cannot be a patron of this business while this false narrative, born from necessity (milk supplier change perhaps...?) or from laziness, I do not know.
