(I told Roger--the manager--that I was used to paying $21-$24 per vaccine and he very snidely responded, "well, I can tell you that it WON'T be $21." Roger was beyond condescending and rude, and even if it turned out that they were the cheapest vet in town, I would NOT use them. RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: Honestly, NOT disclosing prices is what leads to misunderstandings, and asking for prices does not mean we are price shopping, we just want to know what to expect. Personally, I prefer to work with businesses who are open and upfront about what to expect. You are definitely not right for my needs.

They told me the grooming would take 2-3 hours, but I got a text in under 2 hours saying my dog was ready. Most places keep her for 6 hours, so this was such a nice surprise! The flat rate for the full grooming package is a fantastic value, and they even gave her a cute Thanksgiving bandana at no extra charge--most places charge for that! My dog was so happy and clearly felt great after her grooming. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Puppy Love Pet Spa!

Before, she was my grandmothers dog and every time she went in the car it meant either the vets or groomers. Now it means visiting family or the park. I didn't want to damage the progress I've made with her over the past 2 months. Shes been through a lot already with her previous owner passing and moving to a new house in a new town. Bella made things much easier. She called ahead, let me know the time of her arrival and of any possible delays. She was nice, easy to talk to, and understood our wants and needs. She set up shop in her cute little trailer right in front of my house and had patches in and out in an hour. This included a bath and a trim on her hair and nails. She managed to get those pesky hairs around Patches mouth, and trim her nails regardless of her extremely long quicks. She explained to me that the quicks would shorten over time with regular appointments and the use of her dremel, which is great news. The best part was that Patches wasn't stressed or panicked in any way and was able to go straight home and back to her daily life as a pampered baby. After a treat and a snack she is now taking her afternoon nap. We will definitely be using Bella Pooches for all of our grooming needs. Thank you!

Pricing was similar to or lower than others in the area, but never felt compromised for value. Took 1 cat (Maine Coon) and 1 dog (Japanese Spitz). She took her time and accommodated their physical needs/limitations. We were not rushed in and out like an assembly line. Her shop may be "new" but her 14 years experience showed through! My animals were treated with dignity and respect.
