I suggested bringing her back another day, but the groomer insisted I leave her until 4:00. By 5:00, my yorkie still wasn't finished, and I didn't receive my dog back until 6:15. At that point, I noticed that while her hair was cut short as I requested, her ears and face were not done correctly, and it appeared the grooming had rushed due to their busy schedule that day. She also had trouble locating my dog once I got there. Once I got her home, I discovered she had also been cut under her neck. I feel the grooming quality is inconsistent; the first time I took my dog, she was cut excessively, the second time was excellent, which is why I returned, but unfortunately, this time I experienced the same issue of subpar grooming. Honestly, I should have stopped that the first but I wanted to like this place. I genuinely believe I could have done a better job myself, and I will not be returning to them again.
