From scheduling an appointment for my Cockapoo to picking him up, it could not have been a smoother experience. When I called, they were able to get him in the next day. The drop off time is flexible. Upon drop off Jazz his groomer, let me know what time he would be ready and she was spot on. Jazz did a fantastic job grooming him and he seemed quite happy when I picked him up. Their pricing is in line with my previous groomer in FL. I strongly recommend them! read more

Just picked up my little baby from this groomer today, and i am more than happy with her haircut! Friendly staff scheduled me a appointment when i walked in last week and greeted me during her drop off this morning at 9 AM. She was ready for pick up by 3. I requested and showed pictures of the style i wanted for my dog and Lorena talked with me further. I told her i trusted her judgement to make it look good, she delivered and i will be returning! Our dog was not groomed so the review is based off poor customer service. We were new to this groomer and waited over a month for an appointment. I was told to drop my dog off between 8-10 for our appointment. We arrived at 9:15 and we were then told we were late. They refused to groom our dog and I explained to them I was told a drop off time of 8-10. Regardless it was only 15 minutes after 9. They also told me they tried to call me for an appointment reminder but my number was disconnected. After they reviewed the number I informed them that the number written down was incorrect. I pointed out that there were obviously two errors on be half of the person I spoke to the day I scheduled the appointment. Regardless they were not willing to accommodate us despite the error on their end nor offer anything other than a simple reschedule. read more

Two stars because I respect the principle of sticking to a policy. But two stars by not balancing that with a tiny bit of flexibility and grace! So your policy is a drop off of 8 to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and only 8 to 9:00 on weekends... Great way to build in potential misunderstandings with your clientele! I show up at 9:30 on Saturday after driving a half hour and nothing else to do with two dogs in tow and you refuse me service. Score points for standing your ground on policy. But you just lost a customer over minor confusion on your hours. A little Goodwill with clients goes a long way, and that comes from two people who are self-employed with thousands of clients and lots of word of mouth to spread, for better or worse! read more

I have been searching for a local groomer because I would rather go to a local groomer than give my money to a chain pet store. I took my dog here today and as soon as I walked into Puppy Luv I knew I made the right choice, the people were very friendly and took the time to find out exactly how I wanted my dog groomed. When I came back they told me how my dog did with his grooming. When they brought him out He looked great! They even had a little bandanna on him. My dogs were groomed to PAWFECTION by Ashley but then has been inconsistent since she left to start her own shop. Sometimes my pups ears would get done, sometimes anal glands, sometimes tails.....and sometimes not. My biggest peeve is when they ask you to drop your dog off at 730am and they aren't ready until late afternoon. That's totally doggy torture when they're in a kennel most of the day stressed. The prices are better than Petsmart for $65.00 you can get your puppy a complete day at the spa!! Making grooming fun for them and leaving them happy. From start to finish I was impressed by the professionalism from the owner and patience by Brandon who gave our shaggy Irish setter a great new look. His coat mats easily and he is a very nervous dog with difficulty trusting strangers. I indicated he might be a handful and Brandon listened to my concerns and handled my Setter's appointment extremely well. They also do the grooming in a space where you can watch all the cutting and trimming. It's a charming space and they all seem to take pride in their work. Highly recommend you try them! read more

We've only dropped our girls here twice and they love Rebecca! Chanel is a Havanese and though I don't keep her in long coat I don't like her shaved or cut really short and I HATE when groomers would cut her ears straight across making her look like a little Dutch boy. Rebecca doesn't do that to Chanel. Davidson is half Havanese and Rebecca does a wonderful job on her too. So glad we were recommended to Puppy Love and we love Rebecca! read more

Updating my review, after what happened to both of my dogs I will not be returning and can't suggest that anyone put their babies at the risk of this place. The owner did pay for my vet bill but didn't care what happened to my dogs, refused to refund my money for the groomings I paid for, and told me to simply "put peroxide on it." Brought our little guy in for a wash, cut nails cut. 7 hours later... By far the worst dog grooming I have ever seen. Our dog was hurt by these so called "groomers" Samantha was the groomer! She has zero idea what she's doing. We asked for a specific summer cut. She shaved our dog down to raw skin back by his privates. Left some nails too long. We have always had big dogs that don't need a lot of grooming till Scarlett came into our lives. Scarlett is a pom/sheltie mix. The entire staff is AMAZING. THey consult with you on everything, offer great sugggestions, and take amazing care of our baby. She usually stays all day and she considers it her "spa" day. Mr. Brandon, especially is so great with the her and she always looks great after her visits. I would not think of taking her anywhere else. One of the new owners didn't know how to put my dogs coupling collar on correctly and had it wrapped around on of their necks. Disappointed. On top of that my groomer left.
